I had the GREATEST experience with Crystal!
Not only was she on top of the payments and itinerary, but due to a broken Kiosk at at Frontier Airline, I missed my flight to Punta Cana and i would have missed my entire vacation AND refund. I was TOTALLY bummed out, as the airline was no help at all, however Crystal made it work! She found me a different flight, with Southwest airline, for the next morning, and it turned out to be the best trip of my life; even though i lost a day.
It wasn't that she just helped me, but the consistent communication, integrity and warm heart in which she handled the situation; true servanthood.

Good Trip, Poor Communication

I was a little disappointed with the service Crystal provided. She was not very attentive and seemed very unorganized. I was expecting to receive communication every month about the status of our trip once I paid my deposit, but that did not happen. I had to contact her to get an invoice and to inquire about a payment. I would recommend Crystal if she could improve her communication with the clients. In the end, I did enjoy my vacation. The resort was beautiful and the Luau was entertaining.
