A Huge Problem Solved

Marion kindly contacted me when she found out the cruise line had a large unused voucher due to my husband passing away. I was challenged with getting reimbursement for this voucher, despite it being “insured.” Even though Marion had nothing to gain, she kindly shared ideas and suggestions and supported me through the reimbursement process, which finally came to fruition. I cannot thank her enough for this extra support!

It's nice when you hand over an assignment and then never have to worry about the execution - including all the little things you didn't think about, transfers, appropriate discussion, and recommendations on excursions, what clothing to wear, etc. Totally exceptional and beyond service!

Marion reminds me of what a travel agent would be like if Nordstrom was in that business. She is very detailed and follows through completely. She reaches out in plenty of time to make arrangements. Everything was perfect including travel arrangements, the cruise, transfers, how to change money, and excursions. My future travels will be with Marion.
