When our Honeymoon plans fell through a week before our wedding, I needed help FAST. I contacted Terry about our honeymoon. Terry listened to our plans and came back with several different options. We discussed the options and we made the decision. He booked our travel arrangements. He sent reminders in advance and checked on us throughout the honeymoon to ensure all arrangements went as planned. Everything went as planned and cost exactly what he said.

The booking process was super easy from start to finish. He is very pleasant to work with. He is very attentive to details. He worked hard getting us the best deals. He brought us a wonderful itinerary for our trip with tips that were very helpful. Even took care of canceling for my daughter who had to cancel for medical reasons. He checked in with us once we boarded and when we returned. I will definitely rebook through him.

Had he not recommended the fast track service received that airport experience may taken us about two hours and another long ride to the resort. Our five day cruise was exceptional . Woodridge Travel was amazing in planning our cruse and excursions. Terry is an excellent agent that goes the extra mile to ensure you can completely relax while on vacation. He made very complex travel arrangements for myself and family to my son's destination wedding to Italy. Including arrangements for bachelor party in Ibiza, Spain with appropriate connections in Istanbul, Turkey. Rental car in Rome, hotel in Florence. Airline cancelled our flight and he was available to answer all questions. Terry was an integral part of the success of our trip. He seamlessly handled the arrangements for multiple people, originating in multiple cities on multiple dates to meet in the designated countries and cities on the appropriate dates with appropriate transportation. Everything was perfect. We had the time of our lives!

I used Terry to book my honeymoon trip to Hawaii! After dealing with him I'll never look for another travel agent again. He's very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to find the perfect honeymoon packet that left me and the wife completely satisfied. We stayed 8 days and visited 2 islands. Being prior service military it meant a lot for me to be able to visit Pearl Harbor! He stayed in constant contact with us during planning and booking to make sure we were getting what we wanted. He even called ahead of time to make sure the hotels had our reservations. Booking with him me and the wife were able to focus on spending that quality time with each other knowing that everything else was taken care of. I was very satisfied with my first time Cruise experience. Terry was very informative as it relates selecting a package deal, available activities for the days spent at sea , and excursion options on what to do in Cozumel. The experience is unforgettable!
