Kayla is a consummate pro who I would trust to plan any Disney experience trip. It's a daunting task to plan the overwhelming Disney trip- so many issues: cost, endless research, too many things to remember, and you need someone like Kayla who is a subject matter expert and can make things a ton easier for you. We had 7 people in our group and Kayla took many zoom calls with us to prepare for the big week. Her advising us saved us a lot of headache and hassle, with packaging the Disney Genie Plus in with the 3 day park hopper pass right before they nixed that. Our family of 5 just had the absolute best time in Disney World thanks, in large part, to Kayla and Whimsical Wishes Travel. Every detail was exactly what we wanted- she secured all of our dining reservations and all of our lightening lane passes. We didn't miss out on anything. Even the details of how our itinerary flowed was clearly crafted by an expert. For example, she didn't plan an early dining experience on our first rest day after 3 park days so we could have a leisurely morning. Also, she helped us structure our Magic Kingdom days in a way that helped us maximize our days without being overwhelmed. We would recommend her over and over and over again! We had the best time the kids are already asking when we can go back! A last minute trip on a budget exceeded our expectations. Allstar sports was a huge hit and everybody sleeping in one room was actually fine because the Murphy bed made it much easier to navigate when we were awake and the kids love the theme. They love the food court, the cups , everything The meals Kayla chose for us were amazing and not something we would have picked for ourselves and we’re just unbelievable and added to the experience so much especially the character dining! So much has changed since we were going regularly with our older kids and having a younger baby now it is so crucial to have the guidance of an expert. We appreciate her help so much. There’s nothing like a Disney trip to remind you how special going to Disney every year is! We now have multiple years of trips in mind, and multiple Disney locations for years to come and definitely plan on using Kayla to plan for us. Thank you so much!

Kayla went above and beyond planning everything! Fabulous hotel for the six of us. She asked every question you wouldn’t even think of to ensure a perfect trip. From the minute we got off the plane we were attended to. Paperwork in case we forgot something and many tips in each park. Each day in the parks were planned with detail for the ages of our group! Whenever I had a question during the planning she was a phone call away!!!

After being referred by a friend, Kayla was tremendous from the first email. Her input and guidance on planning steps, tips, and suggestions were key to our family's trip to Walt Disney World (stayed at the Polynesian). Kayla gave extensive answers to all of our questions and took time to get a sense of what we were looking for in our trip. She was helpful in exploring options related to mobility concerns in the parks, finding accessible rooms, locating kid-friendly options for a 9 year-old, and making reservations for experiences that checked off our main priorities for our trip. Kayla's planning boards and pre-trip materials were essential in helping us maximize our trip. When we ran into an unexpected scheduling crunch on our first day in Disney, Kayla was responsive to our SOS call in trying to locate a last-minute dinner option and came through with great ideas. She also answered ALL of my questions leading up to the trip, and took the time to do a demo of the Disney Experience app (which was extremely helpful in us getting the most out of the app once we were in the parks).

Kayla also helped us work through a billing issue for one of our dinners where we were charged for the wrong type of meals (on a Sunday). With her guidance, we were able to get the billing issue resolved without needing to affect our plans for the day.

Kayla Was so helpful in creating a wonderful trip for my family. We left our Disney planning to the last minute, and Kayla still ensured we had excellent dining reservations and experiences for our kids.
