With Sarah’s assistance, we’ve toured the world - Egypt, China, Europe, S.America, Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Israel & Jordan. Sarah makes all our arrangements and keeps us informed prior to & during our trip. One time our flight was cancelled due to weather & Sarah had already scheduled another flight before we knew about the cancellation. Sarah is an excellent travel agent! She is professional, always courteous, and very responsive to phone calls. My wife and I enjoy working with Sarah and appreciate everything that she does to make our trips successful.

Since about 2001 Sarah has taken care of the details involved for about 16 cruises for us, mainly in the Caribbean, but also one to Alaska and one to ports around the Baltic Sea. She has also put together two bus tours, one in the U.S. (Yellowstone, Mt. Rushmore, Utah, Grand Canyon and Las Vegas), and one around Ireland. We simply give her our desired destination and dates we want to travel, and she takes care of everything at no cost to us! Her services have included plane, ship, bus tours, and hotel reservations. The cruises included 3 for our entire family (9 people), so there was extra work involved with those. We always get travel insurance, and that saved us $6,000 one time when we had to cancel a trip to Europe for medical reasons less than a week before we were to begin. We are always welcome to stop by her office and chat about travel ideas. She has helped us a great deal since we first met her, and we will continue to work with her as we plan a major trip once a year.

When booking a trip or requesting information on a place we think we would like to travel to Sarah goes above what on would expect from a travel professional. We have used her for booking trips for just my wife and myself along with groups I have put together. Sarah has always been a true professional. If any problem has arisen she was always available to fix the problem no matter how large or small the problem was. Just recently we booked a cruise with Sarah and it took longer then I expected due to the cruise company not understanding what Sarah was trying to communicate. She took well over an hour but got the issue resolved and got us and another couple the rooms we wanted. When looking for a travel consultant who goes above and beyond what one expects then Sarah is your person. We will continue to use Sarah for a very long time.She is a true professional.

Sarah has decades of experience in planning all facets of travel being air, sea, All Inclusive resorts, Cruises, Hotel, Car Rentals, F.I.T's. Sarah replies with answers as soon as possible, and will also call and tell you if the reservations offices are overwhelmed with calls, and she always gets back with answers. Sarah knows she is there for her clients and she will share with you suggestions that other travelers have shared with her. Sarah has sent clients to every corner of the world, and won't hesitate to tell you what clients have shared with her for clients to have an easier adventure.

My Travel Agent Is Better Than Yours!

Sarah has been my travel agent since 2008. From the minute I started talking with her I knew she was the one for me. Sarah is very accommodating, patient , kind and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure she gives you the best travel experience possible. All of the vacations that she has planned for me have been nothing but great! I even call her sometimes to let her know how much I enjoyed my time! When asking about suggestions of hotels or resorts, she is very knowledgeable. A perfect description of how patient she is...I recently tried to plan a vacation with a friend and we just couldn't get out dates together. I changed the dates so many times and then we ended up not taking the trip and not one time did Sarah demonstrate any frustration. Every time I called, I could see her smiling and saying "that's ok, just call me when you decide and we'll see what we can find" but I could hear the smile in her voice! SHE IS TRULY THE BEST TRAVEL AGEN

Vacation adventures

Sarah has been helping us plan our travel adventures for many years. She usually helps us plan 2 - 3 trips a year and she is amazing to work with. Sarah is an expert in every aspect of the travel industry. She is very knowledgeable about cruising, all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean, Hawaii, Disney World and many other U.S. destinations. She can work magic with airline reservations. Most often we travel as a family of 13, leaving from 3 different airports. She always manages to find flights where we arrive at our destination at the same time. She is very conscientious, ensuring that our frequent flyer miles are credited and that our TSA pre-approval is entered. She is very friendly and most generous with her time. She never makes you feel rushed and returns phone calls and emails promptly. She goes out of her way to learn what you like, which is a great help in planning our trips. Her clients are very important to her and she makes every effort to ensure our vacations are perfect.
