We have used Joys expert services for multiple vacations to Universal Studios and Walt Disney World. From the first contact, I knew she was going to make our vacations easy and memorable. We started our journey before the Covid shutdown and had to change our plans 2 times, but during it all Joy was on top of everything from rescheduling to keeping up to date on all the best deals. She walked us through all aspects of the trip, sending us reminders and helping with all dining reservations, Genie+ and anything we were not sure about. We always felt very confident that the trips would run smooth, and they did. We had 2 magical vacations and are in the process of planning our third. Joy is definitely our go to person when planning a vacation.

Joy has booked all my Disney trips to both Disney World and Disneyland and takes care of everything for me! As a non-Disney person i knew absolutely nothing about the parks and she helped take care of every detail to make my sons trips perfect!!
