Growing up in Key West —a small but vibrant 2x4 island in the Florida Keys —I was surrounded by the beauty of the ocean, colorful sunsets, and a steady flow of travelers from all over the world. Even at a young age, I found myself fascinated by the stories people shared and the places they had been. That curiosity sparked a lifelong dream in me: to see the world for myself and to help others experience it in meaningful ways.

What started as a position with a small commuter airline quickly became the foundation for a career that has spanned more than 40 years in an industry I truly love. Over the decades, I’ve witnessed incredible changes in travel, but one thing has always remained constant — people’s desire to explore, connect, and create lasting memories. I’ve had the privilege of working with travelers from all walks of life, and along the way, I’ve met so many wonderful people who have enriched my journey in ways I never could have imagined.
