My husband and I went with Magical Travel, along with so many other people. Our trip was strategically planned with Mable as our travel agent. We were aware of the locations, dinner recommendations, and tours that we can purchase to make our trip enjoyable.

Mable just organized a cruise for my husband, myself and for a group of 60 people, and let me tell you it was Phenomenal!!! She provided excellent customer service! All travel details were laid out perfectly. From the flights to the accommodations, the trip went smoothly. It was beyond my expectations.

We take an Alaska cruise departing from Seattle Washington. Great trip. We flue in the day before. The transfers and hotel stay/ location was great. The cruise was great. Maybe give options for return time. We had a redeye flight home, an earlier flight would been better than 10 hours waiting for our fight home.

After attending the graduation ceremony of my friend's son, I only had 2 days left for visiting in Raleigh-Durham areas before returning back to LA to work. I called Mable right after 8:00 am on the day I left Greensboro for Raleigh , and left an urgent message to Mable and wanted to get her help with hotel reservation. Just few minutes later, she called me back and learned my need. She quickly helped me booking the hotel in the Triangle Research Park as I wanted to visit the famouse universities in that area and the hotel booking met all my requirements. Even she does not do travel arrangements for local tour, she also helped contact some local travel agents to get the information I wanted. She's amazing!
