Shannon was a true professional. From day one of finding the best rates and times for my group travel to the point we got home. Oh did I mention she got all 20 of us to Orlando after the airport closed down and canceled all flights in and out due to a major ice storm? Shannon and her team wen't above and beyond to provide my team with the professional services they required even when the airlines said "there is nothing we can do." Even a week after we returned home she was checking in on us to see if there was anything else they needed to do. Life is about making hard decision, this isn't one of them. Overall a wonderful experience. The resort was excellent. The food, drink, service and beach were top tier. Chichen Itsa was spectacular. We would have preferred one bed in the room instead of two full size beds.

We met with Shannon & told her exactly what we were looking for in our Caribbean cruise & she took it from there. When everything was set up, we wanted a few extras added & she made all of the arrangements for us. We didn't have to do anything except get to the port! We were on Harmony of the Seas cruise ship. Easy to get on board at the terminal and easy to get off in Galveston. Entertainment was excellent. Food was very good. We had a relaxing time.

The cruise was excellent with a few hiccups in our travel but that was not the fault of Shannon. She was very responsive to our initial request and to all of our questions. She followed through even during the trip.

We feel like we were well taken care of from beginning to end. If anything we may have over done it. We enjoyed everything planned, but had we done a little less maybe could have enjoyed the cruise ship more. We were given choices in land excursions to choose from. Only one of our choices we wish we would have picked something different or spent more time on the cruise ship. When our plane was late making our connection Shannon was jolly on the spot in getting the connecting flight to wait for us. Never thought that was possible. All in all it was a spectacular excursion. One we will never forget. A seamless adventure. We would not hesitate in booking with them again.

It was a great experience! Shannon and Wendy as well as the whole galaxy seas group were great assistance in planning our trip. It was GREAT having Shannon along on our trip. She is so knowledgeable and willing to do what it takes to ensure that we had a great time. She guided us through and addressed any issues that popped up, which for us were very minor. However, she addressed each issues as if it was a major deal to us and we felt like she really wanted us to have a great time - which we did!

We took a group of 11 on a cruise to celebrate graduation. Everything went smoothly and we had a great time! Shannon was so helpful through every step!

Loved our trip. Small group with old and new friends. The accommodations and included meals were very good. We avoided the chain hotels and overnighted in some charming places such as the castle Killronan.

Shannon worked very hard with Windstar to get us a cruise they previously cancelled. It was not easy, but she did it. She got the 4 of us scheduled together for flights (2different states), and excellent hotels.

When we first approached Shannon, our thoughts were to include the Galapagos Islands. She reworked that trip two times to try and bring the price down. We scraped the Galapagos Islands and she reworked our trip a third time. She suggested Globus for our tour of Machu Picchu. We were extremely please with our guides, accommodations and restaurants. She also suggested waiting on airfare to see if it could be purchased through Globus which offered more bang for our buck and it did. We also liked Globus because our final payment wasn't due until two months before our departure not over a year in advance like some tour companies. Shannon pulled a wonderful trip together and we would highly recommend her as an agent

In my book, Shannon is an excellent travel planner. She is very thorough and made sure we had everything we needed for our travel destinations. Our trip could not have been more perfect. We stayed in great hotels where our breakfast was part of our package which made it very convenient for our party of seven. Hotels were close to restaurants, shopping, and many places of interest. We never had to worry about transportation to the airports and train station because Shannon had it booked for us. We did several excursions in both Paris and Barcelona which Shannon set up for us. They were great choices for our group which included a four year old. Shannon Brodie created a great trip for us. So very thankful for her traveling expertise.
