Tim was awesome. He took care of all of the details for a Disney trip for 6 of us over Christmas. Even though this was supposed to be the one of the busiest weeks of the year at Disney, we had no trouble with the rides (thanks to the Fast Passes) or Dining (thanks to the reservations he made in advance) or any other area. Our hotel was great and we would use Tim again for any of our future travel

I cannot say enough good things about Tim. I decided one day it was time to take my daughter to Disney world in 2017. I knew NOTHING, he came recommended by a friend, and I said why not. Wonderful cruise on Celebrity Apex, absolutely beautiful ship with the best entertainment, the shows were fantastic. Food and drinks were very good. Loved the new to us port called Puerto Plata in the Dominican Republic, beautiful shopping and entertainment complex, pools and splash pools, lazy river, lots of restaurants and bars. Tropical landscaping to the max.

This was our first cruise on Disney's latest ship - the Treasure. It was a beautiful ship - the Haunted Mansion bar was an absolute highlight. Disney's private island of Castaway Cay is always worth the trip. Tim helped us identify a great ship and cruise line for our annual group Halloween cruise. We gave the all-adult Virgin Voyages Scarlet Lady 5-Night Dominican Daze cruise a try. It had been over 10 years since we were last in WDW. Tim and his team never may me feel anything BUT important and worth every concern I expressed. Tim listened carefully to my desires as my husband and I were celebrating our 50th anniversary with our family. With a family of 10, dinner reservations can be difficult at best but once again, Tim and his staff worked their magic. Everything was just perfect. I can’t stress enough how professional this team is to work with. It didn’t matter if it was a weekend or not, they replied quickly and cheerfully. Five of our family had never experienced WDW. Tim’s thoroughness gave them the peace of mind to relax and enjoy. I freaked at the magic bands+ but I shouldn’t have. Once again they took care of linking it for us. They are just the best ever!! We will definitely look to Tim with our next travels. We even got to go on the rooftop to view the fireworks!!
