Mica was able to find everything we wanted in a Florida vacation for our family. She responded to emails promptly and was available the day our vacation started when we had potential issues at the airport. She stayed in contact to make sure we made it on the flight. She provided options in our housing. She recommended the most beautiful and peaceful place to in. We booked exclusive via email as my schedule didn’t allow me to visit her on location of the business.

First International Trip

Mica was great to work with. She worked with our budget and had a great idea for an all inclusive, adults only resort. We valued her experience and suggestions to travel to Couples Negril and to also use Club Mo Bay to help with customs when entering and leaving Jamaica. Mica took the time to change our flight to provide us with a longer layover to the next flight. She also showed us how to use the airline app on our phone. The room accommodations were exceptional.

Great trip

The cruise was very nice and we had a really good time. The amount of excursions they offered were excellent. Mica was once again so very able to help us with anything we needed. The only issue I had with the cruise was the Celebrity Select dinning. If you wanted to try and eat around 5PM then you needed to start getting in line by 4:15 to have a chance of eating close to that time. The crew were all great and friendly. Once again Mica did a great job!!

TRUST MICA WHEN TRAVEL PLANS GO WRONG

WE HAD A DIFFICULT FLIGHT BACK INTO THE USA FROM PCDR, WE WERE REDIRECTED TO SAVANNAH GA VS ATLANTA DUE TO STORMS. DELTA WAS LESS THAN PLEASANT AND HELPFUL, BUT THEY WERE ALSO OVERWHELMED. MICA GOT AHOLD OF US IMMEDIATELY FOR ASSISTANCE, AND DID WHAT SHE COULD... THE BEST BEING INITIATING AND COMPLETING OUR TRAVEL INSURANCE FORMS TO GET REIMBURSED ACCORDINGLY FOR ALL OF THE EXTRA OUT OF POCKET WE INCURRED BEING DELAYED TWO DAYS GETTING HOME. THANK YOU MICA!!!
