Personal Escape Travel has been our travel agent for 30+ years (and growing!) They've confidently piloted our family through trips to Switzerland, Sweden, Bahamas, Italy, India, Hawaii, England, Mexico, even the Amazon Rain Forests.

Fortunately for us, Susan was on the case from the jump in 2020 with updates, emails, phone calls & text messages. Not a day went by when she did not at least send a comforting message about what to expect and how it would happen. We got our money back amidst frightening stories about travelers likely never see a return of their money from online travel sites who relied on small print legalese to allow them to wiggle out of refunds.

We re-scheduled our 2020 trip for 2021 when Susan's team told her it was ok and, of course, she and her agents took care of every. Single. Detail. Our 12 day trip to Hawaii went without a hitch in April '21. We're in the midst of planning our family trip for 2022 now, as well.

We've got our travel agent for life.

Don't even THINK about another agency....
We have benefited from Susan's trusted services for at least 15 years (and still counting!). She's booked trips for us on many occasions. She and her team have connections for things you COULD NEVER KNOW for your trip - hidden upgrades, better accommodations, discounted luxuries, time-saving ideas on excursions - as the saying goes, 'you can't get what you didn't know you needed.' Susan has saved us thousands just by asking the right questions and doing WAY MORE than just scouring google for good fares. She and her office are plugged into the 'secret handshake club' where everything is for the asking. If you want a trip planner who'll just get you a decent rate and be gone, you don't need Susan. Paris birthday group blast!!
Sue, It was fantastic! The hotel apt was perfect for our group. The walking tour of Montmartre was fabulous, excellent tour guide. The private driver and guide at Giverny was perfect! I highly recommend it. This was the highlight of the trip for most of my group. And our private tour of the Louvre was great as well, and really helped navigate such a big space and provide historical context for things which made it much more interesting. We also went to St. Chappelle and an interactive Van Gogh exhibit on our own, both I recommend if you have others interested. The weather was unseasonably cold while we were there, and if rained at least once a day, but we had a great time. It hit the bucket list for sure! Thank you for all of your help planning! Alicia
