Gary (and his wife Kelli) have looked after my family's travel plans for nearly 20 years. They have arranged several World Cruises for my wife and myself, from Cunard, Radisson, and then Regent. We have benefited from the deep knowledge of the business that they have and their ability to contact many in the industry to resolve problems. And problems do arise. My family now uses them too.

From my experience the travel business is changing rapidly, There is more foreign competition, and many foreign ports are extending their docking space to encourage ships to visit. While that is good for their economies, five ships docked in one port makes life ashore a little crowded and that is where you need an Agent who has a wide knowledge of the Travel Business. Gary handles these problems very effectively.

Another great cruise arranged by Gary!! After booking, I had several questions and changes that were handled very quickly and correctly. Impressed with his quick replies to e-mail and dealings with RC/Celebrity.

We have been working with Gary and Kelli Spadaccini since 1999. Almost 50 cruises later, most have been booked by them. They have served us well. They respond promptly to queries. They work with us to get the best deal available and provide valuable advice. Several times they have had to "go to bat" for us when there was a glitch with a booking, not of their or our making. The outcome always has been satisfactory. They like feedback after trips which allows them to help others. Despite the fact that we live several states apart, their attention has been as good or better than working with a local agency. We communicate effectively by telephone, e-mail, or text. The cruises we have booked with them have taken us to all continents except Antarctica. I was unable to express that below under "Your Destination" so I listed our home state instead, which ultimately is the final destination for any trip! We've recommended them to friends and relatives as well.

I have had Gary as my personal travel agent for years. He has always gone above and beyond for me and my family. He is able to get me the best deals so I can cruise more. Gary works very hard to help my trip go smoothly. Spending hours on the phone to make transfers and fix problems for me. When you book through the cruise line you do not get the great service that Gary provides. When I have a problem or question about my cruise? I call Gary and he gets me answers. I don't have to spend hours waiting on the phone. Do yourself a favor and book with a pro.

Easy to work with Gary. Now for the trip, The Princess plus package doesn't provide quality wine selections for anyone who enjoys fine wines. The choice of wines on the wine list i general was subpar. The best approach is to buy wine by the glass, and pay the difference to upgrade to a better wine then buying a bottle. Alternatively, they charge $15 service charge to bring your own, and if you can, that is probably the best deal. The stop in St. Kitts was disappointing, as the train ride for a scenic tour was taking us through the worse part of the island. Houses that had been destroyed by a hurricane, cars on boxes, rusting hulks of machinery, a train ride that rattles your bones....stay away from he train ride.

Gary is the best agent there is! He makes everything go so smoothly and takes care of everything. He is just awesome.
