Great trip to New York

Lars booked my husband and me a one week stay in New York. He was spot-on with everything (Ellis Island, Statue of liberty, 911 Memorial, a play, Jump On/Off Bus, the Russian Tea Room, Central Park…). He hit the mark with it all except for one thing. That would be Times Square.

Once again, Lars has come through for us. We were considering a trip to Mexico as Covid was winding down (or so we thought). Flights and hotels were becoming less available. I'd never used a travel agent in the past, to be honest, I never saw the value or need. I'd mentioned to Lars that we were planning a senior trip for my daughter & friends & he said he'd be happy to research & get back with some options. We did end up using Lars services & not only was it a great decision that eliminated all stress but I don't ever again want to plan a trip like this without him. My husband has always been very skeptical of traveling to Mexico but in December Lars arranged a trip to Cabo San Lucas at Le Blanc. Truly, one of the best trips we've ever taken! From my initial email/phone call with Lars, to the wrap up phone call, Lars was great! Our trip to Mexico went off without a problem, despite being postponed a few months due to Covid. We were able to get a few upgrades at our hotel which I later learned was because of Lars. What could beat a corner suite with a stunning view of the ocean, a private pool, and 4 balconies?!? Outstanding trip

We just returned from a few days in Cabo San Lucas. It was an extraordinary trip. Lars made the trip especially special because of all the work he did up-front to organize it, up to and including the day before we left. The entire all-inclusive experience at Secrets in Cabo required only 2-3 phone calls with Lars discussing our thoughts. He listened carefully to our desires, proposed Secrets in Cabo instead of other locations I was considering. He made all arrangements with the property and with the airline as well as transportation to and from the airport in Cabo. He had other suggestions for things to see while in Cabo, but we decided to just enjoy Secrets. So happy we did. We are now planning our next trip and would never do so without using Lars.

Generations resort was the perfect location for a family trip that included multiple generations. We visited this spot as the first trip with my daughter, who was 4 months old at the time, and my mother-in-law, who was 60 at the time, and they both thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The swim-up suite was wonderful, and the service was excellent. Room service was to die for, and the mini-bar was very stout.
Be cautious if you have any light sleepers in your group; poolside entertainment can be pretty spirited and rowdy, and all of the rooms are pool facing.

Group Cruise 2017

Lars worked diligently to provide the needed prices and deals for our group of 22. This was our 1 time to come together and celebrate with family and friends as we had many different milestones this year. This was no small feat. We all live around the US and different time zones. Lars was willing to take our calls and our varied questions and get back to us each individually. The ages varied as did the cabin needs of our large group. Lars patiently worked with each of our family units, to ensure we had what we needed for the price we could afford. Amazing Hawaii Adventure

I have never used a travel agent before and never thought I needed to... but so happy I did! I have used Alternative Travel Services for multiple trips over the past 2 years and it saved me. Last November I had dental surgery before my trips to Hawaii and Florida. During the trips (two week trip) my jaw got infected and caused a ton of pain, to the point where I could not attend some of the event in Florida and had to go to the ER... This was a big bill and lucky I had Lars with Alternative Travel Services get me setup with travel insurance beforehand, in addition to everything else they did for me. I have experienced more enjoyable travels using their services and know I am taken care of ... highly recommend them to anyone who thinks they may need travel help!
