We experienced something pretty huge in 2020 - our worlds and our practices shifted. Travel changed and travellers changed. We now know how much we value the freedom to travel. 

Everyone had different experiences from the start of the COVID-19 pandemic in March of 2020 to until even this year, 2023. People had to cancel travel plans, sometimes losing thousands of dollars of their hard earned money with non-refundable travel plans.
