Paris

Amy did a great job planning our trip on short notice. My wife and I knew we wanted to go to the Grand canyon after helping to move out daughter and
son-in-law to Texas. Amy made some recommendations and they worked out so well. She hooked us up with a scenic train ride from DelRio Texas to Maricopa Arizona. On top of thar a package that included a train ride to and from inside the national park at the Grand canyon.

Excellent service levels. Very attentive and responsive. Amy was a real asset for us.

Amy was the perfect agent for us. We were referred by close friends who had their honeymoon managed by her and we hoped to do the same. We had already cancelled our honeymoon multiple times due to COVID, so we really wanted to get this trip together smoothly in 2022.
Not only did Amy put everything together for us, but she got the process started FAST. Within our first emails she was providing us with options, packages, and dates to match our budget. Before reaching out to her, it had taken us months to put together our old trip details - with Amy's help we basically had our honeymoon fully booked and ready to go within a few weeks. Our trip included excursions, transport to & from the airport, and lots of tricky details with flights, but Amy managed it with ease. Can't recommend her services enough - will tell our family and friends!

Very happy with my new agent, she is so friendly and she help with everything on special the covid19

Amy was incredibly helpful making our honeymoon trip happen. We had to reschedule multiple times due to COVID, and she made a lot of that happen.

It was a seamless trip to and from Hawaii including transfers. Amy gave us plenty of tips, which came in handy on our trip. We wouldn’t hesitate to have her help us or our friends again.

Fantastic! She meets me at the York office when she is working in the Lancaster office, and she has quick responses to any questions or problems you are having and finds little goodies to go with your booked vacations!! We Love Amy!!! We wouldn't use anyone else!! Thank You Amy!!!
We used her to go to Walt Disney World, several times and to NYC and Niagara Falls so far.....

Great contact and follow up. Kept us informed of changes and options.

Knowledgeable, helpful, organized, and always got back to us in a timely manner.

Amy is great to work with on trips. She is so patient and very knowledgeable.

Amy is very attentive to details. Amy follows up and communicates with her clients to ensure all trip plans are as requested.

Amy was attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. Working with Amy for my first UK visit in the midst of Covid was a blessing.

Amy is great. We refuse to plan another trip without her help! She is very detailed and always listens to our requests and submits a package that is exactly how we discussed. Thank you so much for your hard work, Amy!

She was very helpful and informative.

We have worked with Amy for many years. She is always very helpful and thorough. Our cruise was late arriving at the port. Amy was able to get us on a later flight. I would recommend Amy to anyone needing a Travel agent.

Amy was AWESOME. She answered all of our questions and our trip was planned so well that everything was easy for us. I look forward to using her again and telling our friends and family!

Amy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She was always willing to help and find out the answers to our questions. Our trip went smooth from departure through returning home. We had the best anniversary trip ever! I can’t think of a single thing we would change.

Amy was quick to reply and answer any questions that I had. She was very easy to work with and thorough in her information about our trip. We were very prepared because of her!

I worked with Amy for over 6 years now. She has gone above and beyond for myself and my husband. Answering my same dumb questions every day, and never complaining. She goes thru travel plans step by step, as well as making me feel comfortable with flights and ground transportation. We usually cruises (but not in the last 2 years), this year on her recommendation we took an all-inclusive to Punta Cana. It was fabulous! She walked us thru everything, as international travel now can be difficult. Everything went terrific and smooth as silk (thank you Amy!!) She is there when you need her, taking time like you are her only client. I highly recommend Amy and now I think of her as a friend as well as my travel guru!!

We had a great experience working with Amy while planning our trip to Ireland! She made us a great itinerary in our budget and made it so easy to select and book activities as well! Amy was also very quick responding to our emails or messages and was very efficient regarding communication. I would definitely recommend Amy and work with her again!

She completely managed our Viking cruise experience, and since it was our first cruise she responded to a lot of our first timer questions in a timely manner. The week preceding the cruise we travelled to the Netherlands. For this part, she arranged our transfers from the airport, train tickets and some excursion experiences.

Extremely helpful and made out experience so easy and care free!

Amy is very responsive and thorough! Already requesting her guidance for next summer!

I can always count on Amy to book flights and tours

This was an excellent experience, stress free and just a great experience overall. I told Amy what i was looking for and she delivered by exceeding my expectations. Very straightforward recommended a phenomenal hotel and place to visit. I can't wait to book my next trip with her. This was my first time out the country and she made it a pleasant experience. Thank you Amy !

Amy is fantastic. I can't imagine there's a better travel agent out there when it comes to planning a cruise. She knows the industry top to bottom. She's planned four cruises for us, on four different cruise lines, and all have been perfect. When it comes to cruises, "we know a guy". It's Amy!

Amy is amazing and always reliable!! We had a missing bag on the transfer bus in Aruba and within an hour she had it located and delivered to the hotel

We have been working with Amy for several years and are always so pleased with the services she has provided. The prices are great and her skills are professional! She takes the time to know what we like for our vacations.

Amy did a great job organizing our travel to Jamaica! She recommended the resort we stayed at for our honeymoon and we had nothing but positive things to say about our trip. We will definitely be working with Amy again to book our international travel!

Amy was awesome, she found us exactly the trip we were looking for and more. She was very helpful and awnser all the 100 questions we had about our trip. We will definitely call her again in the future for our next family vacation. Thank you Amy.

I have been working with Amy for the past 3 or 4 trips and have enjoyed everyone single one of them. Amy has been great, super responsive, and very informative. I would highly recommend, and have already to friends.

Amy was very knowledgeable and made sure my family had all the information and paperwork needed to travel international. I was very nervous about traveling and she was an amazing help. I couldn’t imagine booking the trip and excursions without her help. When she was out of the office, she made sure her associates took care of us. She always responded by phone or email very quickly. I will definitely use Amy in the future !

Amy helped with all facets of our vacation from booking of the ship to getting us the most convenient air flights possible. She made sure that distilled water was at our hotel for the 2 day stay before boarding the ship and that the ship had distilled water for my cpap unit and they did. She was always giving us updates which we appreciated. Thank you Amy.

Amy was AMAZING from start to finish! It was a wonderful feeling knowing we didn’t have to worry about anything. She walked us through everything and what to expect and what to do along the way. It was a great experience.

Amy was so easy to work with and extremely helpful in planning our trip, but also in giving us the confidence to take it in the first place. She made sure we understand the ever-changing COVID restrictions and had all the necessary details to meet the requirements. The process was seamless, thanks in part to Amy's preparation. In addition, Amy was very knowledgeable about the Bahamas and was always very responsive to our questions or requests. I look forward to working with Amy again in the future!

I was traveling with my family, a total of 13 people. Amy was an excellent source of information for me. She set up cruise, airline tickets, hotels the night before a transportation to and from the airport. I could not have done this without her help!

Our mother daughters trip was expertly planned by Amy and her attention to details and scheduling and required tickets and reservations made it most enjoyable - worry-free!

Our experience and outcome of working with Amy resulted in a trip we will cherish for years to come. Her effort, thoughtfulness and attention to detail went above and beyond. Our hotels had full breakfasts included and were perfectly located for walking to other meals, shopping and local sites, while being convenient to other side trips we'd planned. Her Viator suggestion for one of our trips was one of the highlights of our trip. Securing all of our train tickets in advance was a huge relief to us so we didn't have to figure out the unfamiliar transport systems. Amy was proactive and responsive and such a pleasure to work with. We hope to book another trip with her in the future and will recommend to anyone in search of an agent.

We were so happy we had Amy help us with plans and reservations. She had much insight in what would be the best plans. She secured hotel reservations as well as tours throughout the 2 towns. Everything worked out perfectly, even the weather! We would certainly recommend her to others.

We've wanted to do a river cruise for several years, and finally decided this was our year. Amy gave us several options and helped us pick the one that was right for us. She helped us plan a pre-cruise extension to Milan, the cruise and a post cruise extension in Paris. The airlines canceled a few flights on us before we traveled and she took care of it and kept us informed, helped us with travel insurance and gave us some great recommendations for must-see destinations. This is the second trip Amy helped us with and we're already working on our next adventure!

We had a great experience working with Amy! She was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient -- a pleasure to work with!

Amy is a delight to work with. She is responsive and proactive to ensure that our vacation investment delivers! We appreciate her top-notch service. Thank you!

Amy helped put together our 1st and 2nd cruise and both trips were amazing. She answers all of my questions and concerns and makes the planning easy. Amy is the reason I keep going back to Travel Leaders for our vacation planning.

Our trip to India was absolutely AMAZING and working with Amy made the whole thing incredible simple! Every hotel and transfer and private tour was curated with professionalism and detail and despite being two women traveling on our own, we always felt very safe! The trip Amy planned for us was well planned, well executed, and will be a treasured lifetime memory! THANK YOU AMY- you're the best, and we can't thank you enough for turning a vacation into a cherished memory.

My trip to India was planned flawlessly from start to finish. Amy made the entire process smooth, organized, and completely stress-free. Every detail of the itinerary felt personalized, thoughtful, and well-coordinated. Communication was always prompt, and any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly. What stood out most was Amy’s attention to detail and her ability to anticipate things I wouldn’t have thought to consider. I’m extremely impressed and grateful for the level of service Amy provided. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a well-planned, enjoyable, and worry-free travel experience.

I can't recommend Amy Williams, CTA, ACC at The Vacation Group highly enough – she transformed our hazy vision of a Celtic adventure into an absolute trip of a lifetime! Right from our first chat on her super-responsive line (717-945-5032 – she answered on the first ring and instantly made us feel like lifelong pals), Amy zeroed in on our must-haves: a perfect blend of rich history, breathtaking scenery, and total stress-free vibes for us two wanderers. Amy's itinerary was nothing short of wizardry. We kicked off in vibrant Dublin, soaking up the literary haunts and lively pub scene, before a smooth hop to Belfast's gritty edge and Titanic echoes. The ferry across to Scotland? Effortless. Then came Edinburgh's enchanting cobblestone streets, a soul-warming whisky tasting amid the misty Highlands, and that heart-stopping glide across Loch Ness – spotting "Nessie" shadows while legends swirled around us – all executed without a single snag. Her pro tips were gold: dodging the crowds at peak spots saved us precious hours and heaps of pounds. And the bookings? Impeccable every step – from the fairy-tale castle stay in Glasgow's historic heart to our turreted perch overlooking Edinburgh's majestic skyline, complete with roaring fires and panoramic sunsets. We came home bursting with tales, treasures, and not a whiff of regret – just invigorated spirits and whispers of "where next?" If Ireland, Scotland, or any dream destination is calling your name, dial Amy at The Vacation Group without delay. She's more than a travel advisor; she's your kilt-clad genie, granting wishes with a wink. Five stars feel too tame – snag her magic today! ????

Amy was very professional and detail oriented. Love her.

I can’t thank Amy enough for flawlessly organizing our trips to Greece and to the Rhine River. On both trips, we arrived a day or two in advance of our cruises. All transfers, excursions, etc. fell into place like clockwork. Amy’s communication with everyone in our party was excellent! If we had questions, individually or as a group, she promptly returned our email or called us! Her hard work from beginning to end over the past year was VERY MUCH appreciated! I would encourage everyone to contact Amy with your travel needs. Rest assured, you will be able to enjoy your trip without any stress! Again, THANK YOU, AMY!!!

Amy was great throughout the planning leading up to day of travel, providing various options with great food options and family friendly resorts. She ensured we were ready with all required materials to ensure day of travel went without any hiccups. Everything was organized and coordinated which made traveling experience especially with kids a breeze. Will definitely be using her for future travel plans.

Thank you for providing options and selections that we reviewed and picked the best selection for a family with kids. Turks and Caicos was beautiful, the clearest water I have seen!! This is not my first time booking with Amy and she always provides the best selections and service to suit my needs. I will be user her to book future vacations.

Amy was terrific! Very professional, attentive, and timely in every transaction I had with her in planning our family vacation this year, which was a Caribbean cruise with Royal Caribbean as well as a stop at the Kennedy Space Center before we embarked on the ship. We highly recommend Amy for all of your travel needs!

Amy was great to work with. She had quality suggestions for us on where to stay and excursions to book. When we had a flight delay, she was on it right away for us rebooking train tickets so it was one less thing to worry about in the airport. The Villas we stayed in were nice and great locations. She helped make this a memorable trip for a birthday celebration.

Amy was very accommodating, conscientious & attentive before, during & after our trip. She made herself available whenever she could.

For my husband’s 40th birthday we wanted to go on a trip. We had never been on a cruise before so that’s what we decided to do. We had no idea where to start, when a friend recommended talking to Amy I sent her a message right away. She was great at finding us options to fit the time frame for travel I gave her, with taking our budget into consideration as well. She was accessible by phone or email which made it easy for us to get in contact with her when it was convenient for us. She made sure everything we needed was covered/included and answered any questions we had, without making me feel like I was a bother, since I had no idea what I was doing! She also provided us with information about updating my passport, as it was expired and still had my maiden name. We loved the cruise she suggested. It was honestly the most stress free vacation I have ever planned/booked/experienced. We will most definitely be working with Amy again for future adventures/vacations!

Great experiences and she prepared us well for the first trip we’ve taken. Amy was very thorough, patient with our newbie questions, and made herself available as we thought of new questions to ask. She was detailed in her responses at every stage and I really appreciate that. Maybe would have liked to understand the Mexico airport a little bit better- (from the perspective of a first time traveler…) we were aware of time share people but not people claiming to be workers of the Mexican government ensuring we were getting the best of our trip… spent over half an hour stuck at the airport for this. Also our return to the airport was very different than the trip to the resort. We had direct/shared. It was a nice large van labeled with Amstar and amstar shirt/nametag. On the return to the airport our transportation was 30 minutes late, and it was a large bus with a driver in a different uniform, nothing said amstar, and the bus was very full from other resort pick up’s. This was very conf

Amy helped simplify the complicated air flight options, which lead to one of the easiest travels we have ever had.

Amy helped us plan a thirty plus day trip that included Fiji, New Zealand, Australia and Hawaii. We used a combination of tours and individual day trips which worked out well. Our fights and accommodations were all very well thought out and the pick up and drop off at airports was prescheduled so there was absolutely no stress. It was such a pleasure working with Amy. She's is very organized and extremely responsive to questions and concerns.

We cold- called Amy on the recommendation of a friend. Without any hesitation, Amy worked with us to set up a complicated trip to Australia and New Zealand. She made suggestions, listened to our wishes, executed needed changes, and made sure we had all of our documents and payments completed in a timely fashion. Amy was always quick to respond to emails and calls. When she herself was on vacation, Amy made sure we had a contact who knew all about our upcoming trip. We did not experience any problems before, during or after our travels.

Our trip home from Jamaica was cancelled due to weather and Amy worked tirelessly to get us on another flight as well as book us at a beautiful hotel because we had to stay an extra night. Though she was off work the following day, she continued to track our progress to ensure our safe arrival home. Unbelievable customer service! Thanks Amy!

Amy did a great job booking and organizing our family trip to Iceland. Due to a temporary closure of the Blue Lagoon a couple of days before our trip, Amy needed to make some last minute changes. She was available immediately and handled everything very quickly. Everything worked out just perfect; flights, hotel, transfers, & multiple tours. Our family will cherish wonderful memories from this amazing trip.

On our recent cruise we received news that a family member unexpectedly passed away. I contacted Amy and in a short period of time had us booked on a flight home from our next port. She explained what we could expect getting off the ship and in the airport. Needless to say with the shock of the news and need to get back home Amy took away one of our worries. Amy kept checking up on us as we proceeded on our way home. Thank you Amy.

Amy was fantastic and extremely informative.

Amy was a saint throughout the planning/booking of our trip. We had a really hard time narrowing down where we wanted to go and she was extremely patient. Amy provided a wide variety of options and never made us feel rushed to make a decision. We valued her opinions and experiences to help us narrow down what would work best for us and our budget. Amy was always friendly, willing to provide more information/options, and give us the space we needed to make our decisions. While she had every right to be frustrated with us, we never got that impression from her.
Amy got all of the initial reservations made and provided us clear expectations for payment deadlines etc. We received the documents we needed to feel prepared to go on our trip as well as contact information in case anything arose. She answered our numerous questions and connected with resort staff to take care of our dinner reservations in advance which was very helpful. We had a smooth trip because of her great assistance!

Amy came highly recommended by a trusted friend who raved about how helpful and knowledgeable Amy is and she was absolutely right. She quickly responded to all of our questions, made some great suggestions and modified things to suit our preferences. The end result was a well-orchestrated, stress-free vacation that we thoroughly enjoyed. We can't wait to book our next adventure with her!

Amy takes all the stress away from trip planning! She provides options for flights, transfers, tours, etc so we can choose the best for us based on price and convenience. During our trip she quickly rearranged a transfer time that needed to be adjusted. She is extremely prompt to reply to my questions and I know she'll have my back if any issue arises during a trip. After planning some vacations on my own I love the guidance and peace of mind that Amy offers!

Amazing, she’s the best

Amy was task oriented and experienced, quickly following up on any questions I had

We have been working with Amy for several years and have found her to be knowledgeable, professional, and always ready to answer ALL the questions we have. We have been so pleased that we have sent several referrals.

Amy was wonderful, very professional and friendly in organizing our first trip to Cancun. She guided us in every step of the process starting from flights to selecting a resort to travel insurance and more.
The hotel we stayed did not have the Amstar representative as mentioned to arrange out local tours. Amy followed up with us to make sure it is all arranged. There was some confusion with hotel billing, Amy helped in clearing that too. Overall Amy is someone you can relay on, I would recommend her travel services all my friends

Amy is absolutely amazing, This was my first time working with a travel agent and she answered every question and probably way to many emails. She booked the cruise, the window seat dinner table, our 3 hotels to travel down without a hiccup.

She is on top of everything and gets back to you right away. She gives wonderful recommendations and is so kind. I can count on her for all information and help.

Amy was very easy to work with. She was so knowledgeable about the cruise package she arranged for us. She promptly replied to any questions I had.

Amy is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Amy was very helpful and gave us the excellent recommendation of Secrets in Cap Cana (Punta Cana)

Amy is always quick to respond to my inquires. She goes out of her way to assist me with my travel plans. Very pleasant and easy to work with.

Very thorough; crossed all the "t's" and dotted all the "i's" for our trip.

Best travel agent I have that has ever worked on my trips for me

I had to make last minute reservations, Amy was amazing and found me a awesome resort that I will definitely be visiting again.

Amy was very helpful in helping us book our trip of a lifetime. After navigating through 2 Covid cancellations, we finally got to the finish line. I had complete confidence that we were prepared in advance for our first trip to Europe.

She is great to work with and kept us up on all the new Covid protocols.

It was our first cruise. Amy walked me through every detail. I emailed her like twice a week. I was full of questions. She was great at getting back to me. I will definitely use her in the future

Amy was great! We had some special considerations due to to some health issues we were going thru at the time and she was very flexible and patient in helping us plan the honeymoon of our dreams!

Amy kept in touch with us during the whole time we were planning and getting ready for our cruise.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. In the COVID travel era, she was willing to go above and beyond to learn about & help us with any new or unpredictable testing or travel requirements that came our way.

My overall experience with Amy was amazing. She’s knowledgeable about the resort’s, flights, and provided us with multiple options. From day 1 she kept us informed on the details of our trip. Very though and thoughtful

Amy is very friendly and enthusiastic. It's clear she wants to make your vacation or holiday tour great. She'll work with you closely to make your itinerary just right!

Amy was very helpful when we were planning our trip. She was informative, open to listening what was important for us , and very flexible with providing us any details and quotes. We ended up running into a medical issue on our vacation and Amy was there every step of the way to help. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

Amy is great to work with. Because of Covid our trip was delayed several years and Amy patiently rescheduled everything. She remembers the details, what we like and I've already recommended her to friends.

My husband and I have relied on her for several different trips The latest being our anniversary trip to Sedona Arizona. She greatly assisted us from the start. We had our own plans of hiking and exploring Sedona and a surrounding areas as well as touring the Grand Canyon. She planned this sunset tour for us and it was very memorable! From our air travel to our custom fit lodging, car rental, she was meticulous in every detail she communicated perfectly any updates to our itinerary and a very timely manner. Our faith and her abilities never faltered. We have and will continue to recommend her services to friends family and associates looking to book the perfect getaway!

Amy is the absolute best! She consistently goes out of her way to ensure her clients are satisfied, and works hard (day or night) to ensure her clients are able to get plane rides out of hurricanes (this happened to my group in Mexico!) or to ensure we got our Covid tests in time to go to Jamaica.

Traveling with Amy is like having taken out an extra insurance plan where you can rest easy knowing regardless of where you are in the world, you've got someone advocating on your behalf.

Amy Stambaugh booked myself and 3 others to go to Sandals Montego Bay in Jamaica 4/8-4/12/21. She was there EVERY STEP OF THE WAY helping us with our paperwork that we needed, ensuring we were good to go with the everchanging covid requirements. Amy went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we felt “okay” about going on our trip and that our minds were at ease that she would handle any obstacle that we encountered (which was so important because of the covid world we are living in now). Even during the trip, we reached out (after enjoying many drinks) because we were not ready to leave and wanted to extend. Amy dropped everything she was doing to help us through that process. There is no way we could have gone on this trip without Amy’s assistance and expertise.

We are so appreciative of Amy's expertise! This was our first international trip where we weren't traveling with others. We were overwhelmed with all of the options, which is how we ended up reaching out to Amy.

We let her know what our budget was, ideal destinations, type of resort, and activities were wanted to do. She narrowed things down to a few options for us to review and was so patient with our questions. She took the stress out of the booking and selection process.

When it came time to travel, we just had to show up and follow her tips - so easy! We had a great time at a beautiful resort. We've already told a few friends about our experience working with Amy and will definitely be reaching out for help with our next trip!

Amy was thoroughly knowledgeable about the area we traveled to, which was very helpful.

really awesome

There were a lot of moving parts with my group of 18. Amy took care of everything! She was especially helpful answering the 43948 questions we had before leaving with the everchanging COVID guidelines and rules. Will never plan a trip without her!!!!!

Amy was great to work with. She is professional, friendly, and responsive. As you can imagine planning a trip doing covid is extremely stressful and more difficult. Amy guided us through the whole process and stayed in contact with us on a weekly basis with all the rules and regulation changes. Due to all she did leading up to our trip and while on our trip, we had the trip of our lives and we owe a lot of that to Amy! Highly recommend her for all your travel needs!

She was amazing and had multiple suggestions for our travel. Responded immediately with our multiple questions. My family said it was one of the best vacations ever!
