I can't say enough about how professional and dedicated Lori was in making sure our trip to Punta Cana was a success. Initially Lori helped us confirm a pre-pandemic Delta Vacation voucher was still good and could be used. Next she provided us with a detailed quote for the flights, hotel accommodations, travel insurance and transportation to and from the resort. Everything was laid out as we had requested.

Lori made sure we were aware of the deposit required and when the remaining balance needed to be paid. She sent out reminders when our flight schedule changed and that we needed to complete required travel documents to enter and leave the Dominican Republic prior to our departure.

Before our trip Lori sent out a message for us to "have a great time". When we returned, she sent a "welcome back" message. It was reassuring to know during this entire period we had someone watching out for us to insure we had A Trip to Remember.

Lori chose a honeymoon experience for my husband and I based on a few criterion we gave her (budget, weather, etc). She could not have found a more perfect destination for us! She got us an all inclusive resort which had plenty of excursions available for purchase off-campus. The whole process felt very personalized to us and worked out perfectly!! Our trip to Italy was amazing. It started with contacting our travel agent Lori Heathcote.She was great through the whole process from booking until departure. She answered many questions we had and was right on top of everything leading up to the trip. We did a Viking 7 day cruise and two day pre trip in Rome and enjoyed it very much. Our honeymoon was amazing thanks to Lori's help in planning. My husband and I do not fly and have never looked into booking all inclusive resorts, so we needed a lot of support.
