Monique was amazing ... Everything was great just like you would hope for at a very nice AI resort. Advantage at the Hyatt Ziva location is that you have 2 beaches- a calmer beach on 1 side and the public beach with bigger waves on the other side. The pools are super warm. The entertainment every evening was nice. Everything looked clean and attention to detail was evident. It wasn’t too loud in the day or at night. It was family friendly but also attractive to adults as well. Very nicely done. Great suggestion Monique
