We onnected with Joanne through our local community network. She offered a Holland America southern Caribbean 10-day cruise.
The cruise pricing was very attractive. In addition to booking, Joanne met with us to discuss stateroom location, on-board amenities and what to expect. She also worked directly with the ship to confirm dining accommodations that were done incorrectly at the initial booking.
Joanne provided additional material regarding stops on our itinerary including restaurants and local attractions.
Finally she provided travel tips that proved very valuable.
We continue to work with Joanne on upcoming cruises.
