An amazing trip to Portugal

Lori helped us book a wonderful two week vacation for our daughter’s graduation trip. Everything went as planned, Lori took care of every detail. We had two private tours that we didn’t necessarily ask for, but ended up probably being our top two excursions on the trip! Portugal is beautiful, clean, safe, excellent food, and nice people.

Amazing National Parks Trip!

Lori was amazing in planning a trip out west for four adults to see ALL the sites. It was a trip that encompassed four different states. We had flights in and out of different locations, a rental car with pickup and drop-off in two different states, and five separate accommodations for 12 nights at hotels, cabins, (and even a relative’s home) close to the National Parks. She listened to all of our requests, reviewed our spreadsheet with itinerary ideas, and scheduled everything beautifully. Then patiently made adjustments as we changed our minds on a few things. We then were able to make a down payment, once all was planned, then a final payment before our trip commenced. This was especially handy. We received all of our trip details and reservations in an app, as well as in hardcopy form. This was so convenient for those in our group who use technology, and those who prefer to hold and read the details. Life is busy enough with normal day-to-day stuff. Having Lori available to do all of our trip planning from scheduling flights, hotels, and car rental, sure made a world of difference in our enjoyment. Thank you, Lori, for all of your hard work so that we could enjoy an incredible trip!

We don't do much travel, but when we've needed help planning, or help fixing something during or after a trip, Lori come through for us with what we needed. Absolutely recommended, especially if you are not a seasoned traveler.

Our dream vacation!

Lori was so wonderful to work with from beginnning to end! There’s so much time, discussions and decisions that go into planning, and we felt she was always willing to talk and try to accomodate everything we wanted to do. There were no major issues during our trip, but the couple small things we ran into were handled by Lori and our contact in Italy. It was a great experience for our first time abroad and would highly recommend Lori!

We don't travel much, and I first set out to plan the trip myself using online web tools. It was quickly overwhelming, and so I did a quick search for a local travel agent, found Laura's contact info, and tossed a short note her way. She immediately responded, gathered the needed information from me, and got to work setting up our flight and hotel. It took a load off my mind and allowed us to concentrate on planning other aspects of our trip. Later, when our flight was delayed and we expected to miss our connection, I called Laura, who guided us through a "plan B" and made the revised arrangements.(We ended up not needed it, and all went well... but it was so good to have someone alongside my during that initial confusion and disappointment of have to change our plans.)

Laura was great to work with. The stress and all the details of planning our wedding left us with little time to plan the actual honeymoon. I reached out to Laura and she walked us through all the steps without hassle.
It was nice to work with someone I could trust and know that I was being taken care of so I could focus on our wedding planning.
She also took care of all the transportation to and from the airport and covered our fees at the airport to get through customs. It made the trip much smoother and relaxing!
