My father and I traveled to Greece. We had never been there but my Popou came from a small island called Kalymnos and we wanted to finally visit family there. My father was not in good health so we knew this would be our only chance to go together. Kim arranged everything from hotels, cars, and tours in Athens to support being available for my father when changes needed to be made. Our trip to the island to visit family we had never met was amazing. We were there during Easter and it was truly a once in a lifetime experience that I will never forget. My father said it was the greatest experience of his life. It was so special to both of us, and Kim made it all possible and easy. I cannot thank her enough for providing us with such an amazing experience.

My family has worked with Kim several times on Disney trips and we couldn’t have done it without her. Planning Disney trips overwhelms me and She makes things so easy! All of your dining, add on activities, lightning lanes, hotels, etc. are taken care of! I’ve recommended her to other families and cannot recommend her services enough!

Kim has been amazing! There are so many questions when going to Disney World and Universal in Orlando, and she was always there with the answer. I also loved the detailed itinerary with all the options for every day of the trip.

Our travel agent, Kim Bowers, helped us plan a phenomenal trip to Europe that far exceeded our expectations! In the initial stages of planning, Kim spent the time getting to know us and what we wanted to see and do on our trip to Europe. She followed up finding the perfect cruise to accomplish our goals, stay within our budget, and incorporate a brief stay at each end for sightseeing in Athens and Rome. Of course, we were excited as we left for Europe, but we were really blown away when we first saw our spacious stateroom suite on the ship and learned that Kim had arranged for many “extras” that we hadn’t even thought about (like breakfast in our room, snacks and appetizers before dinner in a dedicated lounge, and free laundry service to name just a few). These “extras” made us feel like Royalty, although I must admit the re-entry to the real world was a bit tough. I've traveled a lot for business and pleasure over the years and had many good travel agents who made flawless travel arrangements that led to a smooth and worry-free trip. Kim stands out is the only one who has genuinely shared our excitement during the planning stage, anticipated our every need during the trip (including those we didn't know we had), and followed through by booking us a perfect trip! We can't wait to see how she makes our next trip truly special!

Kim has been such an amazing human resource for us!! Not only has she helped us reliably book our last 4 vacations but she also embodies one of my absolute favorite words — Lagniappe! Whether it’s a surprise welcome gift, insightful recommendation or timely reminder she knows how to give her clients “A little something extra” to make trips that much more pleasant and memorable. Highly recommend!!!
