Her recommendations are spot on and thoughtful with helpful hints and details that have become highlights of each trip. She provides a level of organization and structure that I appreciate, keeping us informed of timeframes and opportunities that we otherwise would've missed out on. I have worked with Kim for years, and she has always made our trips easy and magical. Kim is so knowledgeable about all things Disney, and even though I could book these trips on my own I love having her help. It is so nice to rely on a expert that can help us navigate any changes, book ALL the things, communicate on our behalf, and watch for any discounts we may qualify for on current or future trips. We recently went on our first Disney cruise. Due to an unforeseen cancellation of the cruise, Kim helped us rebook a different cruise and actually save money. We are now going on our 2nd cruise, and Kim was so helpful when booking our excursions. Having Kim as our Fairy Godmother as we travel is a must!

Kim has helped us with several trips to WDW and a Disney Cruise. She has consistently provided excellent service, making amazing suggestions and customizations that have changed and grown with our family over the last ten years. On every trip she has made suggestions that made our trips even more magical. Several times she has found discounts and made money saving suggestions that saved us more than her fee. As I've told friends, "if you are planning a Disney trip without the help of Kim, you are doing it wrong!"
