Carole was very knowledgeable and helpful! She was great a reaching out. I work a lot and had very little time to spend planning and setting everything up but she made it so easy. This trip was to celebrate my parent's 40th anniversary. My mom has talked about going to Hawaii my whole life; taking her was great. Carole sent over exciting excursions to attend and we were thrilled with them! The Sunset Dinner Cruise was not crowded but a great time; the food was delicious and the ride was just the right amount of time. The Helicopter tour was our favorite part; we did it with the doors off (highly recommend) great view of the island! Carole made sure that I had everything I needed and worked with my budget.

Carole is the absolute BEST! She found us the most amazing deal for THE best vacation spot I’ve ever been to! And she took care of EVERY detail, and was there for us throughout the entire process of planning, preparing, going, and even welcomed us back home with a happy postcard 🤗 She made sure we were able to do EVERYTHING we wanted to do, at a price we could afford, and guided us through every step of the journey. I can’t recommend her highly enough!!! She’s FANTASTIC!!!

Carole is a joy to work with and she knows her stuff! She planned a 21 day European trip for me and my husband. We wanted to stay in Geneva, Switzerland first and then go to Zurich for a river cruise thru part of France and Germany, then go to London for a U.K. tour (not just England, the U.K.) and then spend the remaining time in London. She met each and everyone of our crazy requests for train rides, tours, cruise, etc. She is an excellent travel agent, the absolute best. She also planned our 2nd European trip but we had to cancel due to the pandemic. We got our money back because we followed her advice. She will soon be planning our next trip.
