After my retirement 3 years ago, I decided to GO BIG. I don't know why but Switzerland just seemed to get in my head and I couldn't shake it. Fast forward past all the research and what my goals were. I wanted 5 cities; Zurich, Lucerne, Interlaken, Bern and Geneva. A perfect itinerary from the north to south of that beautiful country. After checking 3 other travel agencies and not being satisfied, I found Virginia Accetta at Travel Leaders. This is where the magic happened. Because of Covid restrictions entering Switzerland, my fantasy departure was postponed 2 times in a 2 month period. Virginia always kept me in the loop and finally told me... you're going to Switzerland. When I saw the 3rd! printed itinerary Haha, I almost passed out. Included were: No Covid restrictions, all Flights, (short layovers), amazing hotels,( always walking distance from train ), Swiss travel pass, and 2 excursions to Mt, Pilatus and Jungfrau. Trifecta Adventure

Thank you, Virginia, for helping us celebrate our "trifecta year", as we labeled it. We planned the Columbia River cruise to celebrate my husband's birthday (October 4), our fiftieth wedding anniversary (October 9), and his retirement from work--all three in one fantastic adventure. Virginia helped us organize many fun things around the trip itself. She had informed the cruise personnel of whaat we were celebrating, and on each date, they gave us a special treat! We felt so pampered! They even gave me a recliner for sleeping, at no extra charge! Virginia has a real feel for her clients, and puts much love and caring in her choices. I only wish we had found her sooner to plan more of our trips.

I’ve been booking travel with Virginia for a few years, and she’s planned some great vacations. But the ultimate vacation was for my destination wedding in Punta Cana! Virginia was so organized with my group of 38, she’s a great communicator, and she made sure that my guests were paid on time according to the deadlines that my husband and I set. She communicated with the resort when we needed her to, and got us the comps that we wanted during our stay. She was our advocate, and made the entire process stress free for me which I truly appreciated. She even sent us a special congratulations/welcome gift when we arrived to the resort. My honey and I went on our first European trip together this past summer. It incorporated both land and sea travel. Lucky for us we had an awesome experienced travel agent, Virginia Accetta! She organized transfers, hotels , tours and our Viking cruise seamlessly! Everything flowed and she thought of things we would have never thought of! It was so nice to have someone else take care of these details.
I particularly enjoyed the entertainment, tours and tour guides she chose. There were many cases where she saved us money.
