Travel to Walt Disney World with an Expert

Amy helped us with an absolutely flawless Disney trip. We barely waited in lines thanks to her tutelage. She answered text questions within seconds and turned me from a Disney Neanderthal to a “line avoidance connoisseur”

Amy was amazing from start to finish! Her expertise and experience are extensive and she is always looking out for her clients! She is super helpful and always available to help! This is our second time working with Amy and we couldn't imagine working with anyone else- she's the BEST!

Amy was amazing to work with and helped us book an unforgettable trip to Disney World. From beginning to end Amy was available to answer any and all questions we had. We can’t wait to work with Amy again for a future trip.

Our family had a tremendous and memorable trip. It would not have been as magical or possible without Amy's knowledge and guidance. We are so grateful to Amy for everything she did for our family to make this a truly magical experience.

Amy was such a pleasure to work with and a huge help! My husband and I had not been to Disney for 20ish years and I was so overwhelmed by all of the new systems they’ve put in place, like Genie+, booking dining reservations in advance, and navigating the app. Amy explained how everything works, gave us some great tips and advice and ultimately took all of the stress out of planning. Amy literally knows everything and can help recommend resorts based on your budget and preferences, she can help you decide what parks to go on what days, and can even book all your dining for you. You can tell that she loves all things Disney and we are so happy we had Amy to help us plan an unforgettable vacation!

Amy is a pleasure to work with. She's extremely knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions no matter how little. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who was looking to book a trip. She goes above and beyond! You can tell she loves her job and helping others to plan their dream vacation.

You won't be disappointed if you choose Amy to help you with your travel plans! Amy came to our house with her laptop and we booked everything from soup to nuts for 10 of us! She had so many tips and tricks about how to navigate the parks to avoid the busiest times. She sent reminders about when it was time to book dining and created a spreadsheet for us so that we could see our itinerary day to day. She happened to be at the resort for part of our trip and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. I highly recommend her and would use her again!

Excellent! She told us about issues on our Disney World trip in the parks before we even knew about them and had already re-booked us. Incredible service.

Working with Amy Flanagan was one of the best decisions we made for our Walt Disney World vacation! From the very beginning, she took the time to understand exactly what our family was looking for and created a seamless, stress-free experience that exceeded all of our expectations. Amy's knowledge of Disney is truly incredible. She provided expert recommendations on resorts, dining, park strategies, Lightning Lane selections, and special experiences that helped us maximize every moment of our trip. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, allowing us to focus on making magical memories instead of worrying about logistics. What impressed me most was Amy's responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine passion for helping us have the best Disney vacation possible. Whenever I had a question, I received a quick and thorough answer. She kept me informed about important deadlines, reservation opportunities, and even shared helpful tips that saved us both time and money. Thanks to Amy Flanagan, our Walt Disney World vacation was truly unforgettable. Her dedication, expertise, and personalized service made us feel like VIPs throughout the entire planning process. I cannot recommend Amy highly enough and will absolutely use her again for future Disney vacations! This was our 3rd trip booked with Amy. If you're planning a Disney trip and want a knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely caring travel professional on your side, look no further than Amy Flanagan.

Amy was so helpful with getting us organized and staying on top of important information. We couldn't have done it without her!

Amy was so helpful in every aspect of planning this trip with our large party of 10! We had three separate room reservations that she helped us with as well as dining reservations, lightning lane support, helping us with tips and tricks in terms of what our itinerary would look like and just overall expertise! Amy was there every step of the way!

This was my family's first trip to Disney and Amy made it seamless. She is incredibly supportive and walks you through everything so you are not overwhelmed in the slightest. I will absolutely be using Amy for our next trip.

Amy was such a big help in planning our trip. There is so much information out there for Disney and we had no idea where to start. Amy helped on several levels, first in giving a good outline of the decisions we needed to make, and a timeline for making them. Then she was available for deeper dives by phone calls that helped immensely with tips and clarification on a lot of what we had researched. This included everything from hotel selection, to magic band information, dining plan details, and much more. She never overruled us, but always provided helpful tips. We almost always took her suggestions and they certainly made the trip better! One such suggestion was about timing one character breakfast a little later so we could take full advantage of early hours at the parks since we were resorts guests, and we were so happy we did that. She also went above and beyond waking up at 4am PST on her own vacation just so she could help me book my lightning lanes back on the east coast. She ended up being able to make adjustments that I couldn’t make due to a glitch in the system, and it was so helpful! Lastly, there was a small confusion with our airport pickup and I texted Amy—she immediately responded and had called the company and got it all sorted before we even had our luggage. Amy is also easy to talk to and was readily available whenever we needed. We truly had a better vacation due to her involvement and wholeheartedly recommend using her to help plan your trip!

I was given a referral for Amy from a friend. I was complaining about the prices at Universal since the last time I went there with my family right before the pandemic. She contacted me within an hour and set up a convenient time to talk as well as get a general idea of what I was looking to do. Amy promptly emailed back before the call with several potential itineraries and associated costs. When we spoke, I was able to quickly zero in on the best choice that fit my budget. Amy ended up saving me half the cost of the trip compared to when I was trying to do everything on my own. She guided me through the booking and payment process. But that was not all- Amy provided us with a chart breaking the whole trip down by date and time, showing us her recommendations for rides and shows, when and where it would be most crowded, tips for easier access, and what rides and attractions would be closed. Once at the parks Amy checked in via text making sure all was well and checking in again when we got back home. We had a great time with no problems and I plan on using Amy’s services again for our next trip.

Amy was such a pleasure to work with! It’s was our first time going to Disney World and we were very overwhelmed with the process. Amy walked me through every step from booking the best dates to our final day…and ride back to the airport. Each day was planned from morning until evening, with additional activities in between our scheduled rides/shows. I highly recommend Amy to any family looking to maximize their time at Disney and want a seamless stay. Amy is also very patient with first timers!

Amy is only travel agent we will use! Knowledgeable, responsive and helped us manage every detail of our trip! Highly recommend to anyone planning an Orlando trip.

We decided it was time to take out 5 and 3 year old daughters on their first trip to Disney World and we are so glad that we enlisted the help of Amy! She was helpful at basically every step of planning our trip including accommodations, packages, transportation, dining reservations, lightning lane reservations and even what to bring to be fully prepared! Even while we enjoyed our trip, she checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and even helped us make last minute adjustments while we were in the parks! Amy was not only very well versed on everything Disney World, but also a pleasure to communicate with. We will absolutely be referring Amy to our friends and family!

We’ve had such wonderful experiences working with Amy! She planned our recent trip to Aruba and has also helped us with trips to Universal Studios and Turks & Caicos. She always goes above and beyond with communication, makes sure every detail is just right, and truly takes the stress out of travel planning. Highly recommend!

Amy helped us put together a memorable visit to Disney. It's gotten a bit tough to navigate Disney World since we visited over 30 years ago. Amy guided us to the best rides, restaurants and experiences that we could manage for 6 days. Well worth it to get your bookings done through Amy.

Amy was absolutely wonderful to work with planning our Walt Disney World trip. She was always available to connect with during our stay and in the entire planning of our trip. Our experiences on the trip were incredible and Amy helped to make sure we didn't miss anything. Our daughter got to experience some pretty amazing things. My husband and I got to re-live some childhood memories. Would absolutely use Any again for future travels.

Amy was integral in helping us plan a seamless and amazing first trip to Disney World, FL for our family. From the details of the accommodations to knowing how to strategize for lightning lanes and getting us all the wonderful character experiences, Amy’s knowledge and guidance were much appreciated before and during our visit. She was patient, answered all our questions and was available when needed. We highly recommend Amy!

I just started a job after I booked my trip to Disney. My friend recommended Amy. It was the best decision to work with her and to use her concierge services. She was proactive. Fluent in the language of Disney. Curious. Patient. And just so knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to support us while we were at Disney as well. In a time of AI and so much information available to us, I always think I should do this myself. it reminded me the importance of experience and wisdom, not just information matters especially at Disney where things change and it’s so competitive to book.

This is our second time using Amy for a Universal vacation. She is such an invaluable resource and a wealth of information! Navigating booking a trip at theme parks has always felt daunting to me and Amy made everything feel so easy! We had a few twists and turns during this vacation as 3/5 of us came down with the stomach bug on day 2. Amy was so incredibly supportive and responsive, and reached out to Universal to give us our options on potentially going home early. With her help we were able to weigh all of our options and make an informed decision. She also checked in on us regularly and was a sounding board for some of my indecision on what to do. We ended up making the most of our vacation, and in a few years time this will all be a funny memory! I would time and time again recommend Amy to all of our family and friends!

Treating this service as a necessary expense—like park tickets themselves—is truly the best way to plan a trip to Walt Disney World. Amy made our trip unforgettable. Not only did she help us secure the best deals, but she also meticulously planned every detail. She was incredibly patient, listened carefully to all of my requests, answered every question, and taught me the “hacks” for navigating Disney like a pro. I’m only now realizing just how much we were able to experience thanks to Amy’s guidance, especially after talking with others who didn’t use a service like hers. We were able to do everything we hoped for and more. 10/10—highly recommend!

There were 10 of us in our group for our Disney stay of 7 days 6 nights. Amy is always very knowledgeable, attentive to details, and will answer every question I have. I have booked with Amy now 5 times and I will continue to book with her and refer everyone to her.

We just returned from our second Disney trip that we booked through Amy- and we wouldn’t choose anyone else! From the early booking stages to the last minute questions at the park (Where can I get the best coffee?!), Amy is there to happily assist with it all. She has so many great tips and suggestions and is extremely organized, knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and her passion for helping others maximize their vacation and memories is evident. Amy is phenomenal and helped make our family vacation smooth, efficient and fun. We highly recommend her and “The Works” package!

Although we've been to Disney many times, Amy's expertise continues to make our trips so seamless! She has the best advice on everything from rides to meals to getting around. Her availability to you as a client is unsurpassed as well! Getting up at 7 am on a Sunday to assist in booking rides was above and beyond!

When your travel agent wakes up at 630am on the 4th of July and walks you thru animal kingdom…you know you have a great agent! That was last year! Amy gets up early and books your restaurants. She is a wizard with knowing what time you have to be where in order to maximize time management. She responds almost immediately to texts/emails. She knows all methods of transportation throughout the parks! We are so lucky to have such a wonderful agent!!

From planning to final payment Amy Flanagan was supportive, very knowledgeable on what to expect, and all the while being professional with a special kindness that just makes you feel at ease! I definitely would choose this wonderful travel company!

Amy was extremely responsive during our planning, which I greatly appreciated. She also was able to help us secure hard to get reservations for my daughter's birthday during our trip. A lovely family vacation made easy with Amy's help. I'd definitely recommend Amy for sure!

Amy continues to demonstrate how she goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth trip and all the information is handy and ready to go. It's the little touches like the quick text to wish you a good trip that makes it more special to work with her.

From the very beginning, planning our Universal Orlando trip felt overwhelming—so much information, so many decisions. But then came Amy, and everything changed. She took all the stress off our shoulders and transformed the chaos into a perfectly organized, fun-filled adventure. Amy guided us through every step—from choosing the right hotel (which the kids absolutely loved!) to creating a thoughtful, well-paced itinerary that made sure we experienced the best of each park. Her deep knowledge of the rides, shows, and even restaurant options made all the difference. Because of her, we didn’t miss a thing! She also handled all the logistics—reminding us about Real IDs, flight bookings, hotel check-ins, and paperwork—so we could just focus on enjoying the trip. She was like a travel companion quietly working behind the scenes to make everything seamless. Truly, our Mary Poppins! What really stood out was her incredible attention to detail and personal touches. Amy is always just a text

We visited Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios and got to visit Epic Universe during a soft launch in April. Amy is extremely knowledgeable about all things Universal. She offered multiple options when I was trying to decide on our trip and was very patient in talking through the most cost effective way to experience everything we wanted to during our vacation. Once we booked, she shared excellent tips and tricks on when to arrive, where to go, what rides to get to first. When I had a question, she was available and very quick to relay important information. We had a wonderful time and can say with certainty that it was because of how prepared we were because of Amy!

Amy planned an amazing trip. All her suggestions made the experience even better!??

Amy was nothing short of incredible! She guided 2 moms clueless to the magnitude of Disney exactly what to do, eat, detailed timelines, specification for our kids that are all different ages etc. She was always available to answer questions and concerns. Even while at Disney we would text her to say, can’t get the lightening lane for this what should we do, and she would provide instant guidance. Without Amy we would be completely lost and definitely would have not enjoyed Disney as much as we did. Thank you so much Amy!! Look forward to working with you again!

My husband and I decided to take another RC cruise as it had been approximately 7+ years so I knew we needed guidance! I basically closed my eyes and googled Travel Agents and Amy popped up. I gave her a call and never looked back. Amy answered all of questions “and we had a lot” quickly. She made the whole process so easy and checked in on us to see how we were doing and if we had other questions prior to our sailing . Amy was a God send and made our vacation a smooth sailing one! I highly recommend Amy on any future sailings you may have coming up you won’t be disappointed.

Amy is an excellent travel agent. She is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. We went to Universal and she provided use with all the tips and tricks to make our trip run smooth. I would absolutely recommend her and use her again.

Amy was just amazing! She layed out very clearly what to expect beforehand, and in a way that was easy to know what to do next. When we got there, everything was taken care of. We had a slight issue pop up (paid for something we didn't use because someone was sick and couldn't go), and Amy was right there to help us resolve it, and we got a full refund no problem. Really just amazing, we had a lovely time and I will certainly ask for her help again in the future.

We had the most amazing time, thanks to Amy Flanagan's planning and attention to detail. She took care of us every minute; from leaving home, to arriving at our resort, to planning our park experiences. She was even giving us tips and tricks while we were in the parks. Our accommodations were perfect, and convenient to everything. Thank you so much for all your help.

We were Disney first timers and wanted to book a weeklong "once in a lifetime" type trip and Amy helped us do it right. She knew which attractions and restaurants would be the most popular so we were sure to book those as far in advance as possible. She helped us get a room in our preferred area of the resort where we were staying. She walked me through the Disney Experience App and made sure I knew how to find everything I would need on our park days. Overall, we had an amazing experience thanks to Amy's help!

Our travel agent, Amy Flanagan was incredibly helpful in planning our dream vacation! She ensured that every detail was taken care of, making the whole experience stress-free and all within budget. She has experience in staying at the resort we went to, which was extremely helpful in customizing our itinerary that perfectly matched our interests and recommending restaurants.

Amy is always a pleasure to work with! She goes above and beyond to find ways to help us save money when we travel and shares invaluable tips with us to make our vacations relaxing and enjoyable. Her communication and customer service are incredible. We love working with Amy!

Amy came to us as a recommendation from a friend. We couldn’t be more pleased. Amy is incredibly talented, passionate, knowledgeable and provided us with unmatched professionalism throughout our 14 months of planning our first ever Disney Cruise. We will use Amy again and we’re so impressed with her availability prior to the trip, knowledge and customer service. She made traveling easy! We couldn’t be more grateful.

From the early stages of planning, to the trip itself, to the return home, Amy listened to our goals and made the whole process seamless. Amy saved us time, money, and stress! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to plan a trip.

Amy has helped us plan several vacations to Disney in the past, and this was our first trip on a Disney Cruise! As always, Amy helped us with every aspect of our trip - from staying at WDW and going to the parks prior to our cruise, to transportation to Port Canaveral, and of course the cruise itself! I'd never plan a Disney trip without Amy - this was our 5th one with her now and its always wonderful!

My family and I highly recommend Amy Flanagan for vacation planning. We have used her now for two trips, and couldn't be happier with her responsiveness, professionalism, and overall knowledge/ advice. Beyond that- when circumstances change that cause your planning to need to shift- Amy is supportive and helps you shift and work things out, and removes the stress from you! We will absolutely use Amy again in our upcoming vacations.

From initial plans to coming home, Amy was with us every step of the way. Her guidance and knowledge made for a stress-free visit to what can be a stressful place! Amy took many hours to explain how to use the technology and to get the most value for our experience. Walt Disney World has so much to offer and we got a lot of bang for our dollars! Amy shared lots of tips and tricks to help us make the most of our vacation. We will definitely be using Amy’s services for future trips!!

We worked on planning a trip with Amy for years because we had to cancel our trip for a few times! Every time, she was understanding and there for us every step of the way! Amy helped with us everything from using the app, how to book rides on the app, and the best locations in the park to go and see things like the parade, so we would get the best spots! She also helped us find flights day of trip when our flight was canceled and I honestly don’t know what we would have done without her!!! She was always responsive, answering our questions and addressing any concerns we had promptly. Overall, Amy is an exceptional planner and a wonderful resource for anyone looking to make the most of their Disney vacation. I can't thank her enough for the incredible memories we created together. If you're considering a Disney trip, I highly recommend reaching out to her for help—she makes the magic happen!

Amy was a godsend to our multigenerational trip to WDW. We started talking with her over a year before the trip, and she held our novice hands every step of the way, from lodging, to dining, to rearranging every ride and reservation multiple times as our needs changed. We were not easy clients! She is ultra-responsive, exquisitely knowledgeable, and turns Disney-planning into an art form. Unforgettable family trip we’ll treasure always. Thank you Amy!!!

Amy's value as a travel agent really shined during our trip. She helped tremendously during booking and found us a great package, but the real value was as we were walking through Walt Disney World and she was checking to make sure we got the rides we wanted and the dining reservations we could get. Due to her help, we were able to experience Disney during one of the busiest times (New Years Eve), and only waited in line more than an hour 3 times. She also helped with where to watch the parade and how to access pictures after the trip. I couldn't be more pleased and we had a magical time!

Amy is so knowledgeable, helpful and understanding! She is very proactive and totally "gets it"!

I had never been to Disney World and found planning overwhelming, but my sister-in-law recommended Amy Flanagan’s planning services. I highly recommend Amy for anyone planning a Disney trip, and I’m excited to work with her again for European travel, which is next on my bucket list!

She also booked our Neal reservations.I was so overwhelmed about the new daunting lightening lane and single lane that she spent an hour on the phone with me ensuring I understood it and went so far and beyond to list the selections I needed to make to ensure we chose the rides in the right order. It was worth it because we practically breezed through each lane with little waiting times. . She took what seemed like an overwhelming trip and made it so easy with her incredible knowledge and attentiveness. Amy was great! She was always available to answer questions and sent me reminders when there were things I needed to complete in advance for our trip. I even heard from her during the trip about a potential issue in one of the ports that might impact one of our excursions. I really appreciated getting the heads up so that we were prepared. Amy makes you feel as if she is as invested in your trip as you are. Her excitement helped assuage any worry I might have. It really was an incredible trip!

She worked extremely hard in terms of answering all my questions and taking care of everything for me (tickets, park tickets, dining reservations) which is my preference. In addition, she was very diligent in finding the best packages, and looking for discounts and special offers - a huge plus since Disney is expensive. She also provided lots of tips regarding the resort, dining and the parks since things have changed since my last stay in Disney, and we needed advice on making things work better during a crowded time. The planning part of the trip was extremely relaxing due to all of her help and answering my questions very quickly. Would highly recommend Amy as she is extremely flexible in her approach to the vacation depending on your preferences.

Amy is an absolute joy to work with! Planning a Disney vacation is financially, physically and mentally exhausting and she held my hand through the whole thing! This is our second vacation we planned together and per usual it was amazing. The first trip we had 9 people and she handles all situations with complete grace.

Amy was an absolute pleasure to work with! Because of Covid and closures starting in 2020, this Disney trip was actually 3 years in the making and had gone through a bunch of cancellations and rescheduling in order to make happen. Amy was always flexible, professional and accommodating as our plans were in flux. The trip was perfectly planned - Amy took care of our hotel, park tickets, meal reservations and provided expert guidance on how to use the Genie+ and Lightning Lanes to our advantage. As a result, we finally feel like we did Disney "right"! We traveled as a group of 9 with kids ranging from 7-14 and every one of us had a blast! Thanks Amy!

Amy is the best. She worked with us to plan our Disney vacation. Amy was instrumental in making our first family trip to Disney World a tremendous success! She helped us every step of the way from booking accommodations and dining reservations to educating us on the complicated Genie + system. We had never been to Disney as a family before, and knew nothing. If not for Amy, we would have had to spend hours researching, and likely wouldn't have been able to accomplish everything on our to do list. Amy was with us every step of the way, including timely check ins during our trip when she saw reservations pop up to places on our wishlist! Our trip was truly "magical" and that was in no small part due to Amy's amazing service and help!

Amy was incredible!! We would have been lost without her on our last trip. She helped us get every reservation we hoped for, was so responsive and knowledgeable and just overall a pleasure to work with.

Amy was amazing! So many things had changed since our last trip to Disney, and Amy was amazing in her recommendations and preparations. She was super enthusiastic and had such great ideas and suggestions. Looking at planning a Disney trip can seem impossible and overwhelming, but Amy made the planning and reservation process seamless. She also checked in with us while there to make sure everything was going well. We had such a great trip!!!

We worked with Amy to design a trip that was focused on our interests and parks we wanted to visit. Amy was able to provide us with great guidance and knowledge for each park and attraction. Amy also was great during our trip answering last minute questions and booking rides. Her expertise and knowledge was invaluable.

Amy is amazing and gave us the most magical Disney experience ever. She was organized, knowledgeable, efficient, helpful beyond expectations - and genuinely nice and excited for us. As a librarian, I thought I could plan this solo, but having Amy was a game changer and I would never travel anywhere without checking with her first!

Excellent

Amy is the best! She booked a trip to Disney for our family. She is skilled at knowing the little details that will helped our plans run smoothly. She is considerate, kind, and patient. Without hesitation, I would recommend working with Amy for any trip you are planning.

Amy was always available for anything we had questions on!

Amy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We traveled in a large group and she made it easy and stress free. Would highly recommend!

Amy is absolutely amazing, she helps with every single detail of the trip and really calmed my nerves when it came to the planning. There was nothing she didn't think of! So grateful!

Work with Amy and you will have zero regrets! My wife and I have worked with Amy multiple times and will continue to do so. Amy helped plan both our Universal and Disney Vacations. She understood our wants and budget and constructed amazing packages that came in under our initial budgets. She is incredibly detail oriented and gives amazing recommendations for dining, and rides to prioritize (to avoid long lines), etc. Amy has a been there and done that experience which is very valuable when planning. Amy is also constantly aware of scanning for discounts and deals. She was able to provide us additional discounts after booking our trips, through one-time short pop up offers given by the resort. Additionally, Amy is there when things go awry during a trip. Amy was contacting us when a hurricane closed down the parks and we were stuck in a hotel. She made sure we were okay and handled getting us refunds. Amy is the best. I highly recommend using her!

Working with Amy was the best decision we ever made. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. I don’t know what we would’ve done if it wasn’t for her help with the planning and execution of our trip. Definitely worth every penny!

Amy is absolutely incredible. Her knowledge base is very deep and very broad. It seems she has personally tried every restaurant, food stand, hotel, ride, shop, and transportation option at Disney World and Universal. The planning of a trip to these places for a family of 5 seemed overwhelming and time-consuming. Amy made it as simple as possible, saved me probably 20 hours of time (at least), and made me feel comfortable that we were getting the most of our trip from both a time and money standpoint.

It was exactly what we needed to our first Disney trip. She helped find perfect room all the way through planning each day and how to use the app. Incredibly responsive throughout process and even while we were at Disney.

Amy is completely thorough and extremely helpful throughout the entire confusing process, which would be beyond stressful without her guidance.

Amy is amazing to work with! She has planned and implemented several Disney trips for my family and always has hints, tips and tricks to maximize the experience. She provides spreadsheets and detailed schedules as well as videos that assist in the travel experience. Amy takes great pride in her abilities and knowledge of the resorts and people with whom she works.
