When your travel agent wakes up at 630am on the 4th of July and walks you thru animal kingdom…you know you have a great agent! That was last year! Amy gets up early and books your restaurants. She is a wizard with knowing what time you have to be where in order to maximize time management. She responds almost immediately to texts/emails. We visited Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios and got to visit Epic Universe during a soft launch in April. Amy is extremely knowledgeable about all things Universal. She offered multiple options when I was trying to decide on our trip and was very patient in talking through the most cost effective way to experience everything we wanted to during our vacation. Once we booked, she shared excellent tips and tricks on when to arrive, where to go, what rides to get to first. When I had a question, she was available and very quick to relay important information. We had a wonderful time and can say with certainty that it was because of how prepared we were because of Amy!

My husband and I decided to take another RC cruise as it had been approximately 7+ years so I knew we needed guidance! I basically closed my eyes and googled Travel Agents and Amy popped up. She helped tremendously during booking and found us a great package, but the real value was as we were walking through Walt Disney World and she was checking to make sure we got the rides we wanted and the dining reservations we could get. She is incredibly detail oriented and gives amazing recommendations for dining, and rides to prioritize (to avoid long lines), etc. Amy has a been there and done that experience which is very valuable when planning. Amy is also constantly aware of scanning for discounts and deals. She was able to provide us additional discounts after booking our trips, through one-time short pop up offers given by the resort. Additionally, Amy is there when things go awry during a trip. Amy was contacting us when a hurricane closed down the parks and we were stuck in a hotel. She made sure we were okay and handled getting us refunds. Amy is the best. I highly recommend using her!

Amy is absolutely incredible. Her knowledge base is very deep and very broad. It seems she has personally tried every restaurant, food stand, hotel, ride, shop, and transportation option at Disney World and Universal. The planning of a trip to these places for a family of 5 seemed overwhelming and time-consuming. Amy made it as simple as possible, saved me probably 20 hours of time (at least), and made me feel comfortable that we were getting the most of our trip from both a time and money standpoint.
