When she booked my wife and I for our trip to universal studios last year she was very friendly and helpful. We happened to be down during the hurricane and they closed the parks but she got us tickets for this year at Halloween horror nights.

Debbie has been awesome to work with! She makes the planning part of our vacation much less stressful. She gets back to us with any questions super quick and she always gives us advice and awesome recommendations! Any future trips we will continue to use her. We booked our trip 200 plus days out the first time and had no idea what we were doing. She helped us get our dining, our hotels plus the bigger discounts. this is our third year in a row using Debbie and at the end of this year will make 4 trips with her.

Debbie Nebel has made several trips for my wife and I, both to Walt Disney World and to Universal Studios Florida. Not only has Ms. Nebel been very accommodating to both my schedule and needs, but I have always been amazed with her deep knowledge of not just the parks themselves (everything from how to maximize ride times to special park events) but how theme parks generally work. Ms. Nebel’s dedication to her job has made everything about my trips fantastic and far more enjoyable and relaxing than I ever could have done on my own. Debbie is AMAZING!!! She makes you feel like you are the only client she has and that she is your personal travel agent. She was so incredibly patient with my craziness of changing dates many times due to work and even checked in with us while we were there. I love Debbie so much!
Even though I am a Disney expert I love using her to book my vacation. Honestly I don't need her help. But she always adds a little extra magic and the knowledge that I can always contact her at anytime. The only person I know that knows more about Disney than me. And that's a lot!

She offers options that I don't even know are available . Saved our vacation!

Debbie is extremely knowledgeable and was able to give us info on everything from the broad (best restaurants, rides) down to the minute details (what to carry in the parks and getting the most out of fast passes). She always responded quickly and was very patient with me and my millions of questions. She kept working to get us the best package deal and ended up saving us a $1000! Then, our children got sick during the trip. Debbie guided me to the infirmary and urgent care (complimentary shuttle - good to know!) And she hopped on the phone to reschedule our reservations and made sure we were not charged extra fees for last minute changes. It was not the greatest vacation while dealing with two sick kids. But Debbie salvaged it for us and even pointed out the more low key areas so we could still enjoy the parks even if it wasn't at full blast(kids were not contagious).If she had not known just what to do, we would have had to give up and go home. Debbie is awesome!!

She went out of her way to familiarize herself with what we wanted out of this trip (namely a magical trip for our granddaughters) and delivered a memorable time!
