Best Travel Agent Experience!

For my 50th, birthday, I decided to do a cruise to Hawaii for a "Hawaii 5-0" theme. Not knowing what to do, and where to start, I decided to contact Joel and booked my trip with him. I told Joel what I wanted and wanted him to organize everything....We started with doing monthly payments to him December 2017 to May 2018 when everything had to be paid in full. We had a fantastic time! So many questions arose prior to the trip and Joel pretty much "held our hand" to the day of the trip. He was easy to get a hold of for any last minute questions, and even took time out of his regular schedule to meet for dinner to finalize plans and answer questions and remove all uncertainty.
Unfortunately, Hurricane Lane shortened the trip. Norwegian said they would reimburse us 2 days of lost cruise time. Upon return, Joel was very diligent in making calls, sending emails and doing what he can to pursue our refund and he came through!

Joel was a delight to work with. I have already recommended him to everyone who asks me about the trip. I enjoyed working with Joel because it felt like we were working with a family friend instead of a person we barely met. Joel took the time to listen to our many questions and got back to us with answers very quickly . I appreciated his insight, suggestions, pointers, and shared personal experiences of Europe. He helped take care of all of the planning so when it came time for the trip, all we had to do was enjoy and explore. I plan on working with him again in the future. A personal touch

Love working with Joel

I was initially hesitant I using a travel agent for my travel needs and I decided to do this last year when I went to Hawaii for my cruise. I had such a great experience that I decided to do it again this year to Greece. Joel is very reliable and easy to talk to and is always willing to resolve any issues that may arise. He will follow up with the vendors he is working with and give you updates on the status of the issues and he always seems to do it with a "smile" even when talking to him over the phone. You can just hear his enthusiasm over the phone. No headaches on your part. Will definitely continue to keep coming to him for all my travel needs. Although he is my first experience using a travel agent, I doubt any other travel agents will bend over backwards to make sure you have a pleasant experience on your trip.

The Best Fun-filled Trip Ever

Joel was extremely a professional agent. He did the booking so quickly at a very reasonable price. He answered all our questions and inquiries about our cruise. He was clearly working behind the scenes throughout our trip to ensure that we were safe and well taken care of and enjoying every minute of it. He organized our trip into perfect accommodations which include a side trip to La Bufadora with private transportation. We had a wonderful lunch in a perfect seafood restaurant with a terrific view of the ocean. The strawberry and mango Margaritas were so good! Cheers and Thumbs Up! I will never think of booking any future vacation trip with anyone else. Thank you Joel for an unforgettable experience.

Memorable First

We haven't even left for our trip, and we have recommended Joel already to some of my friends. And I've heard from our daughter that while we were traveling, more got Joel's number when they heard about the good deal that we got. Joel had been very patient from the very beginning considering the many changes we have requested.
What stands the most in our experience with Joel was that he was actually the one stopping us from buying prepaid tours knowing our physical limitations. Instead of being greedy, he put our safety and saving money first than his own personal gain. Up to the day before our flight, he's been in contact with us making sure all were in order.
We love his Trip Plans app. We suffered a glitch in London and I messaged him about it just as an FYI to him. Amazing that midnight US time, he took care of the matter and resolved it in a very timely manner. He showed concern and sincerity and went the extra mile for us.

We just came back from an amazing European vacation
We took a 10 day Celebrity Cruise through the Italian and French Rivieras. The cruise and the itinerary were incredible and we definitely recommend it
We added three days in Rome before the cruise and finished off with three extra days in Paris

A Trip I Wish Never Ended

Timing was perfect. It was the best season to enjoy Japan, the cherry blossoms and cool weather.
The scenic destinations included in sightseeing trips ashore were significant - historically, culturally and aesthetically. It's been always a good experience working with Joel. He lets me know ahead of time when payment is due, I liked that he did a zoom meeting with the group of travellers so questions are answered and heard by everyone at the same time.

Joel is the best travel agent so far. He's always ahead of time and very approachable and understanding. It's my first time doing the group tour and he did everything to make it easier and enjoyable and memorable for me. He knows what he is doing from ticketing, what luggages to bring,best food /restaurant, good shopping place/mall, and he always make it a point to keep us all updated.
