With 10 years of groups planning experience, I work directly with the primary guest from the very beginning of group planning for weddings, milestone celebrations, and multigenerational adventures to help choose the resort that best matches the goals for the group. I've planned groups with up to 55 rooms and over 150 guests! I assist with securing a contract, booking all rooms, payments, updates, reminders, flights, transfers, and more. Also, upon request, I've traveled with the largest groups to facilitate event execution on site from check in through cocktail hours, photo sessions, and seated dinners.
