Once in a Lifetime Trip!

I actually worked with Julie and she was amazing! Every transportation action went smoothly. The hotels were wonderful. The tours and activities organized perfectly for us. The itinerary was neatly printed out and deliver to us. Unbelievable how much work Julie did for us!

Suzy with SG Travel 2 helped us recently book a trip to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and did an amazing job! She came in really handy when the airline decided to make a last minute change to our flight going to Mexico, without her help I am not sure we would have been able to make the trip happen. Having a travel agent on your side is a must in my opinion!

Amazing Customer Service!

I was able to spend some time in Cabo San Lucas with my family before Christmas. I used Suzy to book our trip, and as every time I have worked with her, am so glad I did. Her expertise and dedication to her craft is always very apparent in what she does and I always benefit. The night before we were leaving for our trip I was checking us in, and due to my procrastination had not looked at our names on our information yet, and noticed my daughter’s last name was incorrect. I knew this could cause us some major delays the next morning with our flight, and possibly keep us from getting her on the plane. I let Suzy know and she was taking care of it for me immediately. She spent over 6 hours on the phone with Delta, speaking with multiple people and escalating the situation to get the name change taken care of so it didn’t cause us any delays or trouble the next morning when getting on our flight. This service is absolutely invaluable to me and I will always use Suzy for my trips.
