Let me tell you, Lisa is awesome! We had an 8 day trip to Madrid and Barcelona. Lisa arranged everything (flights, etc). This was my first international trip and Lisa made it painless, comfortable, and enjoyable with her knowledge and expertise. From the moment we booked with her she was very quick with responses, provided alot of information on our destinations, made recommendations, and made sure we were comfortable. Throughout the process she informed of us of any changes in prices and etc. Prior to our trip she sent us luggage tags for our trip and made sure we arrived safely to our destination. We were not worried about anything down to transportation. I was very satisfied with Lisa's service and I have recommended her to several people for their travel needs. If you are looking for someone expeditious in her responses and providing you with information, and knowledge of travel, Lisa is your girl! I have since then had her to book a family cruise and the Essence Festival for me!

Best 22nd Birthday Ever!

I traveled to Cancun, Mexico for my 22nd birthday, and my friends and I had an amazing time! We had private airport transfers that took us directly to our hotel. The Live Aqua Beach Resort was wonderful! The resort was gorgeous, the staff did an excellent job with sanitation and making guests feel safe and comfortable. All-inclusive is definitely the way to go, the food and drinks were awesome! Thanks to Lisa, planning my trip was smooth and easy. I already have friends asking who I planned with. If you want a great vacation, plan it with Lisa!

Great job by PPLT on the organization of the trip to Barcelona and the mediterranean cruise. Lisa arranged an all white meet and greet for the group which gave everyone the opportunity to get to know each other. This trip felt like I was traveling with my family. Barcelona and the cruise port stops were astonishing. Our visits to Rome, Pisa and Pompeii was absolutely amazing. I can't wait for the next adventure with my PPLT family!

A Wonderful Getaway trip!

We enjoyed the trip Lisa planned with us from the beginning to the end! Lisa did an outstanding job , starting with giving us several choices of proposals for fun places to go. Once we settled on Montreal, Lisa handled every detail from plane to hotel to transportation reservations, and even a city tour for when we arrived. This was one of the best experiences that I have had and it started from the beginning planning stage to the end of the trip. Lisa made everything very easy. We had transportation to and from the airport, a vehicle waiting for us at the house for our own use, a scheduled Chef, and I can’t even explain how amazing the house was!!! All I can say, is we didn’t want to leave. How did she even find this location? Oh, I forgot to mention that we were able to make payments, which made my HUSBAND’s pockets feel lighter! Lisa has done it again!!! That Thanksgiving cruise was everything I didn't know I needed! I danced, I laughed, I explored, I was amazed by the on board shows, I even got a massage on the beach in the Bahamas and it was one of the best I've ever had!! The Best trip ever and counting!
