It is always a pleasure to plan our vacations with Jaime. She is very knowledgeable and always looks for the best price when booking which we really appreciate. We depend on her to let us know when airplane flights change times or something else comes up. She is very helpful in booking our plane boarding passes, etc. She also takes the extra step in contacting our vacation resort to request a certain room or let them know if we are celebrating a birthday or anniversary. Jaime did a tremendous job giving us several options for our daughters senior trip! She had several pros/cons about each resort she recommended as well. we could email or call her at any time and she would respond back in a very timely manner! She also was very knowledgeable on all of the Covid rules that were set in place by the airline and the resort to put our mind at ease about traveling during this pandemic.

Jaime was excellent to work with in planning our family vacation to Florida. She gave us multiple flight, hotel and car rental options to consider when planning. We flew into Fort Myers and out of Orlando. She helped plan a Twins spring training game in Fort Myers and reserve our tickets to Universal Studios and hotel in Orlando and gave us lots of other information on things to do in both Fort Myers and Orlando. I have worked with Jaime in both planning my bachelorette party and planning my honeymoon! We had 17 people travel to Cancun for my bachelorette party and Jaime was absolutely amazing at coordinating this large group, answering all of our questions, and making sure we were well prepared with COVID-19 travel requirements. She also helped my husband and I plan an absolutely amazing honeymoon in St Lucia! She provided many options after we told her we were looking for an all-inclusive resort somewhere in the Caribbean - these options included adequate details and pricing and she was readily available to respond to any questions we had. She checked in the week prior to our trip to provide updates on COVID-19 travel information and to ensure we had all of the necessary documents ready for our trip and followed up after our trip to collect feedback for her future clients. We will definitely be using Jaime again - she makes the daunting process of planning a trip simple and fun!!

Jaime is AMAZING! She has a lot of knowledge and has offered great suggestions for excursions, food and things to see. She has also handled items that we may not have been happy with. For example, at one spot it was difficult to make dinner reservations. She handled it and we were able to book dinner for the remainder of the trip.
