I have traveled with Heidi and she has also planned family vacations for us. She is very detailed oriented when it comes to choosing the absolute best resort for you. If it doesn't meet her standards, which are high, that means it doesn't meet yours. She is great at following up on every little detail to make sure your vacation goes smoothly. Heidi and her team were great in helping to identify our travel preferences (type of hotel, budget, type of experiences, etc.) and to work together to come up with an itinerary. Heidi was very flexible with changes I requested and was in constant communication. We were relaxed and taken care of during the trip, everything was easy to navigate and went smoothly. Two great perks were the travel app including itinerary and tickets and the Travel Angel service.

New Year's in Key West!

Heidi Buckler at Terrapin Travel was an amazing agent for us as we planned a family trip to Key West. She researched resorts, organized flights for 6 of us coming from 2 different cities, and arranged a late flight change effortlessly. Our goal was to have a warm sunny and relaxing getaway and thanks to Heidi's experience and knowledge, our family enjoyed all that and more!
