Howard is the agent that makes everything smooth sailing. He always ahead as I say he’s the agent that doesn’t sleep… if you have an early flight Howard will send you a reminder to checkin. Howard works tirelessly to ensure all goes and if there is an issue, once notified he’s on top of it. Once travelling we had an issue with one of our visa and we called Howard and within no time the flight was changed to another destination ,hotel changed and transportation arranged to the hotel. Thats what you call service… above and beyond.
