Diane has been an amazing asset to our family. We like to travel overseas each summer to a new country. And she has really listened and brought attention to the details. She has given us some great advice and restaurant options too. We used her for our travels to Spain in 2025. We used her for our travel this past summer to Italy, and she is just so caring and very professional. Diane is my “go to” person for any travel-related needs or concerns. I feel very fortunate to have met her. Grateful for her services!

We walked into a Liberty Travel 10 years ago and Diane helped us plan our first "big" trip to Hawaii. Diane made great suggestions and all of our travel went smoothly. When we decided we wanted to take our first trip to Europe, I was able to find her online. We are inexperienced travelers, and Diane took all the stress out of the process. The hotels she booked in Vienna and Salzburg were lovely and in perfect locations. The private tours she booked for us were excellent! Diane made our first European vacation a wonderful, stress-free experience. We will be calling Diane for all our future travel plans!

A friend and I booked a trip to Central Europe with Diane Tortorelli recently - we had traveled to Spain with Envoyage before and had a great experience, and so we reached out again to work with Envoyage and Diane - our experience was as seamless as our first experience during our trip to Spain! Diane was attentive and patient, really listened to what our needs and desires were and responded by crafting just the trip we were looking to take! Highly recommend!

Diane made our trips incredibly special, but what stood out most was how knowledgeable and well-traveled she is. We were amazed by how many of the places we were considering she had actually visited herself. She wasn’t just recommending destinations or hotels based on reviews — she could speak from personal experience and tell us what she genuinely loved, what was worth seeing, and where she would recommend staying. It was also clear that Diane has built wonderful relationships and connections throughout her travels. She was able to recommend restaurants, hotels, and experiences that felt much more personal and thoughtfully chosen than anything we could have found on our own. Having someone with that level of firsthand knowledge made planning feel so much easier, and we trusted her recommendations completely. One of my favorite examples of how thoughtful Diane is was during our anniversary trip. She alerted the hotel that we were celebrating, and they surprised us with a room upgrade to a beautiful view as well as a cake delivered to our room. Those little touches made the trip feel incredibly personal and showed how much she cares about her clients. Diane was also incredibly responsive and generous with her time throughout the planning process. She was always willing to answer questions, talk through options, and make adjustments until everything felt right. While traveling, it was equally reassuring to know that she was available if we needed anything. We would wholeheartedly recommend Diane to anyone looking for a travel advisor who truly knows the world and cares about creating an exceptional experience. Her firsthand knowledge, connections, attention to detail, and genuine passion for travel make her someone we will absolutely continue to use for our future trips.

Diane helped us with several trips that were awesome! She listened to what we were looking for and helped us plan a wonderful trips!
