In the pursuit of a vacation style we were unfamiliar with, we needed help and Karen was great! Her professional and knowledgeable efforts resulted in a wonderful experience which occurred without issue or inconvenience. Karen was absolutely amazing to work with! I reached out to her with an idea for a trip, my budget, and dates and she was able to put together the perfect package for myself and the friend I was traveling with. She asked just a few questions about our interests and planned perfect excursions for us. When we were looking at flights, hotels, and tours on our own it was very overwhleming and much more costly. Karen was able to highight the best cities to see and the best sites to see in those cities. She was always very responsive throughout the booking process and even while we were away. We had some flight issues upon departure and she was on the phone after we emailed her at 10:30 pm trying to make sure we had the best flight and still had the seats we wanted. When things changed on the trip because of weather she was there to help us find other options and made sure we got a refund for the tour we were unable to go on. She definitely made some last minute changes less stressful!

She was a valued partner in all aspects of travel planning for our 28 day trip to New Zealand and Tahiti. She presents suggestions and options with insights gained from her personal experience and from reports from her prior customers. She is prompt and thorough in her research on suggestions we made to her based on input from friends of ours who had been there previously. She tailors physical activities (treks, kayaking, biking, glacier climbs) to requested exertion levels. She suggested a few upgrades in accommodations that proved to be well worth the added cost as she was able to obtain room rates below those I was able to find by going direct. I have done most of our travel planning without the assistance of an agent. I found the assistance Karen was able to provide as clearly value-added.

Karen was so easy to work with from day one. She made lots of suggestions to make our trip more fulfilling and was extremely pleasant even when we changed some of our plans. Just returned from a two week trip/safari to Africa- using our Travel Agent Karen Boike Once again we were extremely pleased with all her expertise in planning the perfect care-free vacation. This trip took a lot of coordinating as we stayed in 4 different places and took over 10 different flights to three different countries. Accommodations and planned excursions were excellent and she provided tons of information regarding money, tipping, clothing, cameras, shots needed etc. We felt very prepared. Her Best recommendation was that we do two different safari experiences and this proved to be so worthwhile. Karen really knows her stuff and we benefit from her knowledge every trip we take.

Karen has an amazing amount of knowledge in the travel world. She can suggest amazing trips with more than amazing add ons for local trips when you get to your destination. Her accommodation recommendations are always 5 star and spot on. Our trips had private transfers where we always felt safe. The travel docs arrive at your home in a manner easy to follow several days before your trip. She has suggested everything from the best flight times, to 5 star airlines (we didn't even know airlines had ratings) and hotels to stay before our flights. Several of our trips included personal guides and transportation for the day or even week. These local guides were Cozumel, Mayan Riviera x 2, Ireland and best of all Thailand for 2 weeks. We have recommended her to our relatives, friends and coworkers who are always as impressed as we are. Karen we look forward to going many many more places with your help.

Karen arranged a trip to Italy that met and exceeded our expectations. She arranged for great hotels and tours. We also worked with her for a trip out west that was also a great trip.
