Colorado is in my blood. I’ve lived there, traveled there throughout my life, and explored it in just about every season. It’s a place I know personally — and one I genuinely love sharing with other people!
Colorado can be a luxurious week in Vail or Aspen, an epic show at Red Rocks, a day with the wild horses of Grand Junction, or a craft beer tour in Denver. It can be hiking deep into the Rockies and sleeping under a sky full of stars, or a unique stay at the Populous Hotel. Whether you want to ride the rapids, summit a 14er, ski fresh powder, soak in a hot spring, or jump out of an airplane - Colorado's got you covered.
I read somewhere recently that Colorado is not the place for a foodie. As a foodie myself, I couldn't disagree more! From the two Michelin Star winning, The Wolf's Tailor, in Denver and the Michelin Star and James Beard award winning, Frasca in Boulder, to a good ole' Colorado-style pizza at Beau Jo's, there are authentic, delicious places to eat around every corner. The pancakes at snooze, the green chiles of Pueblo (they even have an annual festival!),
For bucket-list travelers, Colorado offers an almost ridiculous number of possibilities: skydiving, rafting and kayaking, horseback riding, mountain biking, rock climbing, ziplining, off-roading, snowmobiling, skiing and snowboarding, fly fishing, scenic train journeys, backcountry adventures and multi-day hiking, camping or glamping expeditions. There are also endless opportunities to simply get in the car and see what’s around the next bend — which is sometimes the best way to experience Colorado.
Colorado is definitely not just a winter destination — although winter can be spectacular!
Summer brings hiking, wildflowers, alpine lakes, festivals and long days in the mountains. Fall turns the aspens gold and makes a Rocky Mountain road trip unforgettable. Spring can mean fewer crowds, changing landscapes and a little bit of every season depending on your elevation. Winter brings the famous ski towns, snow-covered mountains, fireside resorts and everything from serious skiing to simply enjoying the view with something warm in your hand.I know the famous places — Vail, Aspen, Breckenridge, Telluride and Boulder — but I also love helping travelers look beyond the obvious. Explore Denver's neighborhoods, restaurants, museums and sports scene. See a concert under the stars at Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Head south to Colorado Springs for Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. Discover Pueblo and southern Colorado, or head west through Idaho Springs into the mountains. Travel farther southwest to Durango, where Colorado begins to feel completely different again, with dramatic scenery, historic rail journeys and access to some of the state's most extraordinary landscapes.
Colorado can be sophisticated or rugged, relaxing or exhilarating. It can be a long weekend in Denver and Boulder, a romantic mountain retreat, a family ski vacation, a luxury resort stay, a summer road trip, or a carefully planned Rocky Mountain expedition. It can also be the trip where you finally do the thing you've always wanted to do.
That's the Colorado I love planning.Tell me whether your dream involves five-star hotels and après-ski in Vail, a secluded glamping tent beneath the stars, hiking through Rocky Mountain National Park, seeing your favorite band at Red Rocks, riding a historic train through the mountains, skiing legendary terrain, or jumping out of an airplane.
We'll build your Colorado around your idea of an adventure.
