ASIA & PACIFIC TRAVEL

If you’re thinking about booking a cruise, stop searching and book with Vanessa—you won’t regret it! She has helped me book four different cruises, and every single one has been one of the best vacations of my life. Vanessa goes above and beyond every time. She’s knowledgeable, incredibly responsive, and takes the stress out of planning by handling every detail. She always finds great options, answers every question, and makes sure everything is in place before we sail. Knowing she’s looking out for us gives us complete peace of mind. Thanks to Vanessa, we’ve made unforgettable memories on every trip. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for her clients are second to none. I recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for an amazing travel agent. I won’t book another cruise with anyone else!

Vanessa is the best travel agent you could ask for. She is very helpful through every single step of the way even when you are on vacation she still continues to help. If you have any questions she goes above and beyond for you. I have booked two destinations with her. One cruise and one resort.

If you're looking for a travel agent who genuinely cares about her clients, I can't recommend Vanessa enough! She helped us book our trip to St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and it ended up being one of the most beautiful vacations we've ever taken. From the very beginning, Vanessa was incredibly responsive and made communication so easy. She always kept our budget in mind and truly had our best interests at heart. She even found us a better price than anything I was able to find on my own online. What really stood out was the level of care she provided throughout the entire process. She sent helpful reminders before our trip, checked in to make sure we arrived safely, and even followed up to make sure we made it home. It's obvious she has a true passion for travel, and that passion shines through in the way she takes care of her clients. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and goes above and beyond, Vanessa is the person to call. We'll definitely be using her again for our future travels!

I was tired, and I mean tired and overstimulated trying to book a trip myself! She gave me the options and done!

Vanessa took great care of me and highly recommend her to anyone who values communication and attentive service.

Vanessa was wonderful. The purchase was very simple, and she was prompt on all of the correspondence and information. I am very pleased with the travel planning and suggestions. Thank you so much Vanessa.

We have just returned from our trip to Orlando, FL. Vanessa organized it perfectly and got us a great deal that even beat Costco! Communication was great. I would certainly recommend her strongly!

I never thought I needed a Travel Agent but since I've been 'Cruising with Vanessa' I couldn't image travel without her. As my single PoC she takes care of all the arrangements and has been such a pleasure to work with :)

This is our third cruise we've booked with Vanessa, and she has been amazing every time. She helped us book our Thanksgiving family cruise on a brand-new ship, and the whole process was so easy. She was knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was taken care of. We always know we're in good hands with Vanessa, and we can't wait to book our next trip with her. Highly recommend!

Had an awesome cruise last April with the help of Vanessa! Her expertise and recommendations made planning with ease. We look forward to scheduling another family cruise in 2027!

Vanessa was a great pleasure to work with and I'm sure that she got us a better deal than we could have found without her help. I'd give her a five out of five-star rating overall. Azamara is very nice to cruise with. The small ship ambience is a wonderful change from the larger ships we're used to. Food was good, although probably no better than Celebrity. Service is exceptional, however. From our cabin attendant to the bar servers as well as those in the various restaurants, service is very nice and very friendly. The staff were always ready to accommodate any request that they could. The tablets used by staff allow them to address you by name and unlike other lines, there is no constant request for your ship card. The ship itself is very well kept and very clean. The shore excursions we booked with the ship were good and the tendering operation at those ports requiring it was quick and well organized. The Azamazing event held at Koper was very well presented, with eight violinists, a cellist, a bass, a keyboard and two vocalists, a male tenor and a female soprano as well as dancing couples. Slovenian wine was served and not sparingly. A stage had been erected along with lighting and an audio system, with seating provided for all who attended. You can do this sort of thing for the guests of a small ship. The itinerary was very nice. I had never thought that Slovenia and Croatia would have such lovely port cities, but they do. The architecture and even the paving reflect the control that Venice had over this coast for so long and this is also true of Crete, another nice port we visited. If you take this itinerary, be sure to check out the church on Tito Square in Koper as well as the museum just off of the square. The cruise was great, and I would recommend Azamara to anyone looking for a more exclusive cruise experience than that offered by the large ship lines. I would also recommend Vanessa as a travel agent. We will work with her going forward.

Vanessa was fantastic to work with. She did everything! I haven't used a travel agent in years; I found out that I was really missing out on the service - it is so worth it. Stress free + she found so many things I would not have known. My trip is going to be fantastic. Thanks Vanessa!!!

Vanessa was absolutely fantastic! I've never booked a cruise before, and she was able to find us an amazing room on a beautiful cruise, and she helped every step of the way! Even when I was sending a ton of questions, she did whatever she could to answer them and then some! I fully recommend Genesis Travel Collective for your future vacation!
