As the Owner and Lead Travel Advisor of M & M Travel and Tours, LLC, I am dedicated to helping my clients plan stress-free vacations that exceed their expectations and create unforgettable experiences.

I am a Certified Travel Associate (CTA) through The Travel Institute, the travel industry's oldest and most respected non-profit certification organization. Earning the CTA designation required extensive travel industry experience, rigorous coursework, comprehensive testing, and an ongoing commitment to professional education. Similar to the credentials held by accountants, attorneys, and medical professionals, my CTA certification demonstrates my dedication to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism while providing expert travel advice and exceptional service to my clients.

In addition to my CTA designation, I have been recognized as an Elite Cruise Counselor through Cruise Lines International Association since 2018. I have also completed the prestigious Commodore Training Program with Princess Cruises and earned certification as an Alaska destination expert through Princess Cruises' advanced training curriculum.

My travel specialties include cruises, all-inclusive resorts, group travel, family vacations, and customized vacation planning, with particular expertise in Jamaica and cruise vacations. Jamaica holds a special place in my heart, and I have personally visited more than 20 resort properties throughout the island, allowing me to provide firsthand recommendations and insights that simply cannot be found online.

One of the reasons my clients trust me is because I personally experience many of the destinations, resorts, and cruise products that I recommend. I have sailed on numerous cruise ships and regularly participate in ship inspections, destination training, and industry conferences to stay current on the latest travel trends and opportunities.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of helping countless families, couples, and groups create lifelong memories. One of my favorite experiences was hosting a group of ladies from Chicago who wanted a relaxing getaway cruise. The personalized attention and service I provided made such an impact that they have continued booking their vacations with me year after year. What started as a single trip evolved into lasting friendships and a tradition of annual travel together.

Group travel is one of my greatest passions. Whether it's family reunions, milestone celebrations, church groups, social organizations, or friends traveling together, I enjoy coordinating every detail to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone involved. Many of my clients have become like family, trusting me year after year with their most important vacations and celebrations.
