Lorrie was over the top hands down the very best travel agent. She exceeded all our expectations. She was always there to help with any questions day or night when I asked. I can't say enough great things about her. This is definitely an agency I will continue to go through for all my travel needs for Florida. She made our Disney trip the BEST EVER for my grand babies and us. I will definitely be referring all my friends to Lorrie for their Magical trips.

Family craziness -no problem with Lorrie help

lorrie was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond..she has planned an Alaska cruise in 2017( husband bucket list) and our family vacation in Florida(2018) . Was on the phone early on a Saturday morning to help me get reservations for Thanksgiving breakfast with 20 people. They only allowed for 16 in 1 party and she called the restaurant to make a 2nd reservation for 4. also called the restaurant the day before reminding them that we were all together..answered any question i had even if it was a repeat. She literally treated us like family ..thank you again Lorrie

I absolutely loved working with Lorrie, she took care of everything. We went to Disney....she got me the best prices and was more then helpful letting us know the best things to do and the great places to eat. I will never again plan a trip on my own..I will definitely have Lorrie do it for me. A week before when we were scheduled to leave for our trip...I received a complete agenda of our trip...where we were eating and where we had to be, etc. etc. Lorrie is the best!

Lorrie was a wonderfully patient and helpful travel agent for our family's first Disney trip. I knew nothing about Disney and she helped to advise me on everything from which resort would be the best fit for our family to which park to visit on which day, where to eat and the best fast pass selections. I know our trip wouldn't have been as smooth or amazing as it turned out to be without her help. Even my husband, who only wanted to go to Disney once with our children, had so much fun that he is looking forward to returning! We will definitely have Lorrie help us on our future trip to Disney, whenever that turns out to be.

I had Lorrie recently book a long weekend hotel stay for a reunion with some old friends. She took the time to research the area to make sure I would be centrally located to everywhere I would be visiting while on my weekend. A great stay, and great followup after my mini getaway !
