I can’t say enough great things about Shana Starks! I’ve had the pleasure of working with Shana for multiple trips, and she continues to exceed my expectations every time. Most recently, she planned a trip to Jamaica for me and my daughter, and once again, everything was handled with professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care. What I appreciate most about Shana is that she takes the stress out of traveling. She listens to what you’re looking for, makes great recommendations, and makes sure everything is taken care of from start to finish. You can tell that she genuinely cares about her clients having a great experience, not just about booking a trip. Having someone you can trust when traveling—especially when traveling with your child—is priceless. Shana has earned my trust, and I’ll definitely continue using her for future trips. If you’re looking for a travel agent who is reliable, knowledgeable, attentive, and truly cares about making your trip special, I highly recommend Shana Starks. She’s absolutely amazing at what she does!

Shana put together an incredible glamping experience in the Poconos. From paintball to white-water rafting, every part of this trip was thoughtfully curated and packed with adventure. As someone who had never tried paintball or white-water rafting before, I stepped way outside my comfort zone—and absolutely loved every minute of it! What made the experience even more special was the incredible group of like-minded, adventurous, fun, and genuinely cool people I got to share it with. The trip was so much more than a getaway. It was a true reset for my mind, body, and spirit. There’s something powerful about disconnecting from everyday life, getting outside, trying new things, laughing until your stomach hurts, and creating unforgettable memories with great people. I came home feeling refreshed, energized, grateful, and already looking forward to the next adventure. Without a doubt, this was one of my best experiences to date. If you’re looking for someone who knows how to create an experience that goes beyond simply booking a trip, I highly recommend Shana. She didn’t just plan a getaway — she created an unforgettable adventure and memories I’ll carry with me for a long time!

Shana's expertise and knowledge of the travel/hotel industry has assisted my organization on multiple occasions in executing very successful events. Her attention to detail and hands on service are a couple of the reasons that we continue to work with her. Shana should definitely be at the top of your list in travel.
