Our hotel was in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower, with a Metro station, taxi stand, and wonderful cafés nearby. Tracy, our travel advisor, planned every detail of our Paris vacation, including several unforgettable day trips outside the city. Before we arrived, Tracy arranged timed entry to the Louvre and other major attractions, and recommended purchasing the Museum Pass and Paris Visite transportation pass. That advice made exploring Paris incredibly easy. She also took the time to explain how the Metro system worked before we left, so we felt confident navigating the city on our own from day one. Every transfer and excursion was seamlessly planned, including memorable visits to the Loire Valley, Chartres, and Giverny, where we toured Monet's beautiful home and gardens. Our United Kingdom cruise was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. My Rhine River cruise from Amsterdam to Basel was an amazing experience and my very first river cruise.
