We recently booked a trip from Huntsville, AL to San Francisco, CA through Joshua at Mattis Travel, and overall, it was an incredible experience. What Worked Brilliantly Flawless Flight Logistics: Leaving out of Huntsville International Airport, Joshua set us up with a well-timed, single-layover flight connection. The connection window was smooth and stress-free. Which is a huge plus when traveling across time zones. Prime Hotel Placement: The hotel he booked for us was centrally located near Union Square, making it effortless to catch cable cars, grab Dim Sum in Chinatown, or take a quick rideshare down to the Embarcadero. Top-Notch Activity Planning: Pre-booked tickets for Alcatraz and a sunset bay cruise saved us hours of standing in line. Having those vouchers ready in our itinerary kept everything organized. The Minor Drawbacks Pacing & Microclimates: San Francisco weather caught us off guard. While Joshua gave great general advice, a clearer warning about the famous summer fog and steep neighborhood temperature drops would have helped us pack better layers. Dining Reservations: While the tour and hotel bookings were spot on, a few dinner recommendations ended up being tourist traps around Fisherman's Wharf. We ended up finding much better meal options on our own in the Mission District and North Beach. Final Verdict Joshua, at Mattis Travel, took all the heavy lifting out of planning a cross-country trip from Huntsville. Aside from a few minor tweaks needed on the local dining suggestions, it was a memorable, well-organized vacation. I would happily use Joshua's services again for our next getaway!

I planned with Joshua mattis a couple months back. Our trip to celebrate me and my husband. We kinda had an idea of where we wanted to go. Hawaii. But no clue where in hawii. After me and my husband almost cancelled the whole trip i came across joshua's site. So I reached out to Joshua, and he listened while I rambled ... then he said give him a couple days to work out a vacation. I chuckled and said ok. Low and behold not only did have a couple spots to go but he also had some excursions as well. That was huge. We decided to stay on ohau and travel around from there. Joshua stated that we should rent the car now because there may not be any when we arrive. So I did. Thankfully we listened. We just went this last August! And I didnt realize how different hawaii is from the mainland. 1st time I've ever been on a island. But Joshua was right about no inventory. We overheard another couple whining about there not being any cars available to rent when they got to the airport. I am soooooo grateful Joshua Matt's popped up on my timeliness. Lol we had the best time! We definitely have to go back. We never left the island And there's still like more islands to explore. And the people are soooo nice. Aloha is everywhere!
