A Little More About Me

When I'm not planning vacations or traveling myself, you'll usually find me with a book in hand. I'm a recovering running addict turned Peloton enthusiast, and life at home is wonderfully busy with my husband, our five kids, two dogs, and one grumpy cat.

I have a slight obsession with trying every limited-edition junk food I can find, and I'm not afraid to admit that reality TV is one of my guilty pleasures.

Besides being a professional mom, I have worked at a daily newspaper and as a K–12 substitute teacher. Those experiences taught me to adapt, connect with people from all walks of life, and embrace new adventures.
