Planning a trip to Disney can be overwhelming, especially with so many options and details to consider. However, Randi made the entire process seamless. She took the time to understand our family's preferences and priorities, and then crafted an itinerary that exceeded our expectations. One of the things I appreciated most about working with Randi was her expertise. She knew all the ins and outs of Disney World, from the best times to visit different attractions to the most efficient way to navigate the parks. Highly highly highly recommend Randi for all your Disney and travel needs! She was so valuable in helping in our large multi family trip to Disney world during Spring Break. Randi was super easy to work with and very responsive! She made planning our trip to Disney World a breeze. She made sure to schedule our dining and extra experiences and even scheduled back-ups just in case. She took the time to train us on how Disney works and how the Disney app works. She even went above and beyond to do something special when we had a rough start to our trip due to illness (on my birthday, nonetheless). I have so many wonderful and positive things to say about Randi! First of all her communication is spot on. She’s very easy to work with and she has very quick response times. I felt very confident working with her that if we had any problems at all that she would be there to assist us. My family and I travel to Disney about once every two years and we are very familiar with the parks. Randi had some great suggestions on things to do that we haven’t considered before. In addition to that Randi was able to apply a promotion that was running at the time to our resort, saving us a lot of money. Thanks Randi, what we normally would have spent on a moderate resort stay we were able to upgrade to a deluxe resort. For this trip we also decided we wanted to do a fishing excursion on Bay Lake. Randi was awesome and she was able to book us over the phone for that. Meaning I didn’t have to spend a huge amount of time on the phone making the reservation. I highly recommend Randi.

I'd never used a travel agent before but when I was planing our first family trip to Disney World I knew I was in over my head. I happen to come across Randi's profile on Instagram and I considered it to be a sign of fate. Her experience had given me answers to questions I didn't even know I needed to ask. Her services completed this trip for us and I am forever grateful. From the early stages of planing, the our arrival to Orlando, into the duration of our stay, Randi was there with anv answer needed.
