Hello, my name is Stephanie, I have been married to my husband Frank for 30 years now. I am a mother of 3 grown children & a Mimi to 3 as well. I have always had a passion for travel & booked my first trip at 12 years old when I asked my grandmother if we could go to Disney. Her response was "If you take care of everything.". I don't think she thought I could do it, but the next day we boarded a train (she won't fly) & we were off to Disney. I did the same thing during my schools winter break the following 3 years. Things were a lot different then, it involved a phone book, some AAA magazines & a lot of patience. No Goggle or Expedia to help me out. I had always wanted to become a travel agent but didn't know where to begin so I did a few other things before I got here. I spent several years doing retail management in the mall, but I hated missing birthdays & holidays. From there I became a substitute teacher so I could be on the same schedule as my kids. I worked quite a bit in our functioning life skills room with our districts most special students & I miss seeing them. After that I decided I needed to work with a group that was a tiny bit slower, so I started caring for elderly folks in their homes. I love every minute of it & still do that too. I finally discovered becoming a travel agent didn't require years of college classes so I figured I'd give ot a shot. I just celebrated my one year mark & I have learned so much over the last year & eager to learn so much more. Each day is a learning experience. whether it working with a new supplier or leaning about a new destination. I hope to be doing this for many more years to come.
My favorite thing to book is Central FL family vacations, more specifically Universal Orlando resort. I am an annual Passholder myself & go several times a year. When that Uber drops me off at my hotel it feels like home. I'd love to help you get that same feeling when you arrive!
I also love working with travel sports teams at finding that perfect hotel for the perfect price for that away game. I have been helping my daughters travel sports teams with their travel arrangements long before I was a travel agent, so it comes very naturally to me.
Need a 1 night hotel? Sneaking away for a quick weekend getaway. Give me a call. I'd love to help you with that too. No reservation is to small to give me a call.
Lastly me friends tell me all the time "But I had points.". You never know its a good deal unless you ask. So I tell them "If it's not FREE call me!" Let me see if I can beat that price you found online, the group rate, the rewards/membership discount. You never know, maybe I can, but you won't know unless you ask!
