Most Magical Place On Earth

Hi, I’m Rachael McDaniel, a family travel specialist passionate about helping families create unforgettable vacations without the stress and overwhelm that can often come with planning.

Since becoming a travel advisor in 2021, I’ve specialized in Disney vacations, Universal vacations, family cruises, and family-friendly getaways designed around the unique needs of each traveler. As a wife and mom of four, I know firsthand how valuable meaningful travel experiences can be — and how important it is to have someone helping make the process smooth, organized, and enjoyable.

Family travel is truly at the heart of what I do. I specialize in planning:
• Walt Disney World vacations
• Disneyland vacations
• Disney Cruise Line sailings
• Universal Resort vacations
• Family cruises and multigenerational travel

Having helped over 100 families plan memorable vacations, my recommendations come from both professional training and firsthand experience. My own family has traveled to Disney destinations, Universal Orlando, and Disney Cruise Line multiple times, giving me practical insight I can pass along to my clients. From personalized recommendations and insider tips to time-saving strategies and budgeting guidance, I love helping families maximize both their vacation experience and the memories they create together.

I love helping clients find the right resort, cruise, itinerary, and vacation style that fits their family best. Whether you’re planning your child’s first Disney trip, a relaxing cruise vacation, a milestone celebration, or a multigenerational family getaway, I work closely with each client to create a vacation experience tailored specifically to their needs and priorities.

My goal is to make vacation planning feel exciting instead of overwhelming. From the early planning stages to final travel details, I’m here to provide support, organization, and personalized service every step of the way.

When I’m not planning vacations, you’ll usually find me making memories with my own family, researching destinations, or dreaming about the next Disney trip or cruise adventure.

I would love to help you plan your next unforgettable family vacation!
