During our research for a travel agent for our trip to Scotland & Ireland this fall, Teri's reviews stood out. We definitely made the right choice. Teri put together an initial itinerary with activities included. After reviewing the itinerary we zeroed in on exactly what we were looking for. We used Awaken Travels for help planning our honeymoon and worked with Teri specifically. We had an idea of where we wanted to go and timing but the planning process seemed overwhelming. We met with Teri and walked through the type of destination we were looking for and she helped narrow it down to St. Lucia. She walked through different flight options, resorts (since we wanted all inclusive) and the best time to go based off pricing as well. She helped coordinate flights, our excursions and a split stay between two different resorts. She was also thoughtful about when to plan our excursions (based off our split stay) which made sure that we had an equal balance of exploring as well as relaxing. Teri with awaken travels helped organize a month long European adventure for us last month and we could not be happier with our adventure. We have never been to Europe before, so I spent quite a bit of time researching and figuring out what we wanted to do. Teri was patient and very helpful in the initial stages of our planning as we fine tuned our itinerary. Once our adventure began she was responsive to any inquiries we had from overseas and did her best to help us figure out our next moves regardless of the time difference. This trip was postponed from a year ago due to the pandemic and we are so happy we finally were able to take our trip of a lifetime. A lot of what we planned had to be booked through Europe Express, and Teri made sure that they gave us the itinerary that we wanted. Despite a couple hiccups, we are very happy with our experience and will cherish these memories forever.

Teri was the agent that helped us out. the whole process was very quick and easy, after submitting basic info I heard back from Teri within a couple of hours. We sent a few emails back and forth dialing in the location that we wanted to visit and after giving her our budget she picked a resort that fit all of our needs. Once we arrived to the resort and spent our time there we realized it was better than expected. She gave us a number of all inclusive resorts in Jamaica, and we where able to pick the perfect resort fr us and what we wanted. This was the second year that Teri arranged our annual Mexico, pre- Christmas trip. Teri is informed and kept us in the loop on any new Covid testing requirements. Teri is responsive to questions usually getting back to us right away or latest to following day. We have had seamless travel with Teri as our agent. I have and will continue to recommend Teri to family, friends and acquaintances.

We contacted Teri from Awaken Travels back in March of 2021 for a trip to Secrets, St James Montego Bay, Jamaica in September 2021. We told her what type of room we wanted and when we wanted to fly. She was lighting fast and offered us exactly what we wanted at a great price the same day. We purchased the trip and lo and behold a few months later the airline changed the flights. We informed Teri and the flights were changed the same day to our liking. Teri informed us of all the COVID Regulations and requirements for out of country and made the trip very easy for us. Teri is great and went above and beyond with planning our trip. We had multiple issues secondary to Covid and a passenger change, but she remained steadfast and somehow managed to keep calm and make sure this did not result in our trip being cancelled.
