Our trip was Finland then Russia. We had an excursion in Finland. It didn’t happen. We called our agent. Within a few hours we had a free excursion and a bottle of wine.

Kristin has been more than a resource and a planner for us. She was extremely prepared from flight schedule, transfers to resorts, food accommodations and all amenities the resort offers.
