Being offered a free Heroes Cruise on Margaritaville exceeded my expectations. Despite the negative reviews I had heard before going on the cruise, I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed the activities, smaller ship, and focused customer service. Went on a Mediterranean Cruise on MSC and had the privilege of being treated like royalty in the Yacht Club for a fraction of the price we would have paid for a Balcony room on another cruiseline. Teresa saved us money and offered us a luxury experience at an affordable price.

Our cruise hasn't happened yet, but Teresa has been diligent about checking on promotions we might be able to take advantage of. She has kept in touch with us, sharing advice and information to insure we have an amazing adventure. From start to finish of the trip,Teri went above and beyond while helping us plan our trip. We first picked the cruise we wanted to take and from there she recommended where she thought we would be the most comfortable on the ship. and what all they had to offer. Once that was decided she made all the arrangements thru the cruise company and kept us well informed. Unfortunately we were unable to take the trip and Teri was very helpful in getting with the cruise line to cancel the trip for us.
